Crete road trip

The apartmen t was central, well placed to travel to places, well equipped and spacious. The parking space was a bonus. The large patio was amazing. Emmanoul was very helpful.

Only that the mattresses on the beds were a bit hard, but that may be personal preference.

Spacious and fully equipped, amazing host

We had a fantastic stay! The host, Emmanouel, welcomed us personally at the apartment and brought us local wine, traditional snacks, and fresh fruit. He also shared lots of useful tips about getting around Chania and making the most of our stay. He was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made us feel very comfortable right from the start. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including all kinds of useful kitchen gadgets. There was air conditioning in every room, which was a lifesaver during the hot days of our stay. One of the best tips the host gave us was about the free electric bus that stops near the apartment (park and ride) and takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. It was a great way to avoid the traffic and not have to use the car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

Nice stay

Spacious apartment and terrace, it has everything you need, nice host, about 10 mins on foot to the closest beach and 15 to Nea Chora beach. Supermarket and cafe downstairs with very good pastries, pharmacy across the road and bus stop around the corner.

The only minus is that the internet was not working, the host told us when we arrived that the internet company was working around the area.

Really great stay

House Escape Located within a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minute walk to the beach, this was a great place to stay. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The balcony is spacious and has a lovely view of the mountains. There is a mini mart next door and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Emmanuel was really welcoming and a great host. He couldn’t have been more helpful and was easily contactable. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back if we return to Chania.

Good location, very clean, perfect host

We really enjoyed our stay in House Escape. The apartment is very spacious, airconditioned perfectly, that gave us the option to rest comfortably in the hot Greek afternoons. It is 10min walking to the beach. The bus station next to the property gave us the perfect option to explore more the city. The host was very polite, and prepared everything with attention. The location was close to the beach, but also not far from the city center, so you can walk everywhere.

The location was splendid and it resembles the pictures. Inside the apartment you find everything necesary for your stay. Emanuel (the host) provides you: shampoo, lotions, face masks, soap bars(in the bathroom) and in the kitchen you have: coffee, home appliances, snacks such as chips, croissant, cookies. Emanuel(the host) is a true gentleman and he is there when you need him. He help us with our luggages. You have air conditionar in every room..It offers you parking in front of the house.The place is situated near the center and near a beach. We enjoyed our time there and we recommend it from the bottom of our hearts

Amazing

It was a beautiful apartment with a great host, and for the price it was way better than I could of expected. Definitely recommended!

Even though there was a back up wi-fi in case the main stopped working, at times neither worked. But that is the only fault I could think of, otherwise perfect!

Very good

Apartment is very spacious, especially the terrace, and has everything you could need, but literarly everything. The host is very nice and made us feel very welcome. As a big coffee lover, I especially liked that we had an espresso coffee machine so I could start my day with a good coffee.

The WiFi was not working 2/3 of the time. It didn't bother us so much, but it would have been really an issue if we would have arrived with an idea of remote working. The technician was supposed to come on the day we were leaving so I expect is fixed now. Some maintenance work is needed in the house, mainly for the kitchen pipe and windows.

Choose this amazing flat for your accommodation!!!

Amazing flat.Spacious, clean, all possible facilities were available. Had everything around. Coffee bars, supermarkets etc. Only 10 minutes far from one of the most beautiful beaches and the center of tourist life, the Old Port. The owner was very polite and friendly. Also willing to provide us with everything we needed. My family had a lovely vacation and we're certainly choosing the same place for our holiday in case we come back to Crete😊

Great place to stay! Placed 20 min walk from the center, 10 min walk from the nearest, public beach and next to the main exit roads. The best for those who plan to explore the island by car. The apartment is very clean, wide, with a lot of space even for a group of people. Moreover there is absolutely everything - towels, iron, hairdryer, express, even juice squeezer! It’s equipped with everything that may be needed for everyday living. Plus there is a really large terrace with table and swing. The owner of this place is a fantastic and really helpful person, who not only welcome us with a smile, but also with already climatized rooms, and welcome pack: chocolates, wine, and ice creams for hot days ;))) not to mention about cold water in the fridge or fresh fruits. We had everything we needed. We felt treated like in a 5 star hotel or even better ;-)) For goodbye we were given kindly invitation for the next time and small souvenirs for not to forget ;-)) we give our best recommendation!

Very nice host checked us in early and wine, fruits, soft drinks and some local specialities was waiting for us. The apartment was just like in the pictures and huge 50sqm terrace with mountain/city view was a great bonus.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, fully equipped, with private parking. Spotlessly clean apartment with big terace balcony with a great view and swing that I couldn't keep my daughter away from it. Hospitality of the owner was incredible. He has provided us also with wine, water, coffee, fruits, chocolates, traditional sweets etc. The house has exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment supplied with everything. Manuel the owner is a really nice guy and left some drinks and cakes for our arrival. Very big place, living room cozy and 2 air conditioner in living room, aparf from rooms. Big terace balcony with wonderful view. Owner very kind and helpful for tourists like us, all amenities in place from wonderful wine to coffee and espresso machine, all ready to live with 0 worries when checking in. Beautiful big tble and swing on the balcony. Place near to city center and beach. Place owner gave attention and all the information for tourist attraction on island.
