This is an amazing place! I strongly recommend this apartment and host! There was nothing missing us- we were welcomed with fruits, drinks, high quality olive oil and many many things which made our stay more than pleasant. It was very clean, there was enough parking place outside the property and the host was all the time in connection with us. If we come again, we stay again there for sure! Thank you, Vassilis!

Constraction activities started in the morning on the roof direct above the moisonette, the bathrooms were dirty and damagrd facilities. The living room furnitures dirty and over-used. Noice from adjacent houses, car trafic, barking dogs and people on the road did disturb vacation even in the nigth. We not come again.

A pleasure.

The hosts were very kind to make their best to prepare the apartment and meet us for a much earlier arrival than standard check-in hours. The area is not the best in town in general but it was perfectly fit for our purposes - at a walking distance from the town beach for the days you don't want to drive to another beach. There is a parking space just in front of the place so no any worries with the parking if you rent a car. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable, and specifically to point out one usually overlooked feature in reviews - the A/C is new and very quiet. The kitchen is equipped and the living area is very big and useful especially with kids but of course for any extended stay in the house during the day.

Some small repairs, fixes and renewals needed here and there - but absolutely nothing critical. The noise from passing cars and scooters during more busy hours can be an issue but that's not something specific for this property - obviously that's the case with all places facing a street.

Mega Wohnung mit viiiieeeel Platz, in Stadtrandlage mit Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Danke an Maritina für die freundlichen und aufmerksamen Kontakte. Sie hat immer wieder gefragt, ob es uns an etwas fehlt, wir etwas brauchen und schnell geholfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Es war alles sauber. Die Klimaanlagen haben toll funktioniert, so konnte man immer für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgen. Die Betten waren super bequem, ganz tolle Matratzen, wie haben sehr gut geschlafen! Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Ganz am Stadtrand, daher ruhig, 5 Min. fußläufig zum Meer, ein kleiner Supermarkt der alles hat, Restaurants und Cafès gleich um die Ecke. Wir sind nicht zum Touri-Strand gegangen, sondern zu dem kleinen Strand, der am Ende der Straße links war. Dort waren viele Einheimische und es war relativ leer. Der Strand war zwar nicht so sauber, aber es gibt Bäume die natürlichen Schatten spenden und sogar ein Dusche und ein Umkleidehäuschen, das war für uns perfekt. Die Altstadt von Chania ist in einer knappen halben Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr hübsch dort!

An einigen Ecken in der Wohnung war es schon etwas "abgewohnt", aber das hat uns nicht groß gestört, da der Rest einfach super war und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall!
