Great location. Clean apartment which was roomy. Responsive host.

Can be noisy with a dog and young child in the apartment complex. Parking can be tight although we did manage. It should be noted that the building next door is still under construction, although we did not experience any noise from that.

📍 Location About 15 minutes’ walk from the city center. About 5 minutes’ walk from Ahora Beach. Generally safe area. Shops, services, and bus stops nearby. Very convenient for getting around on foot. The central bus station is also easily reachable on foot. 🏠 Apartment overall Very good overall cleanliness. No significant issues with dust, mold, dampness, or unpleasant odors. Spacious and well-organized apartment. Good basic facilities. Good Wi-Fi. Washing machine and drying rack available. Iron and hairdryer provided. Smoke detectors provided. Elevator available and working. Easy access to the apartment. Convenient key box for self check-in. 🛏️ Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable double bed and a good-quality mattress. Good lighting, bedside lamps, electrical outlets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and hangers in Bedroom 1. Effective blackout curtains. Air conditioning works well. Bedroom 2 also has a comfortable bed, good lighting, air conditioning, electrical outlets, and a mirror. Bedroom 2 overlooks a relatively quiet street. Bedroom 3 is clean, has working air conditioning, good electrical outlets, and a mirror. Bed linen was clean and good quality. 🚿 Bathroom Small but functional. Shower generally works well. Good water pressure. Shower glass is sufficient and the bathroom does not flood when using the bath mat. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper provided. Solar water heating system. 🍳 Kitchen Spacious and clean. Large, comfortable wooden table with 6 chairs. Suitable for a group of 6. Refrigerator, oven, and cooktop available. Nespresso coffee machine. Plates and glasses provided. Some condiments available. Good storage and workspace. 🛋️ Living room Spacious and well lit. Furniture is fairly well curated and of reasonable quality. Air conditioning works well. Sofa generally in good condition. Dining table with 6 chairs. Large and pleasant balcony shared with Bedroom 1.

🔊 Noise and construction This was the main issue of the stay. Construction work was still ongoing in the neighboring building. Work started early in the morning and also took place on Saturdays. Before arrival, we specifically asked whether the construction work we had seen in 2025 had been completed. We were told that it had. On arrival, we discovered that the work was still ongoing. We then had to ask which days the work took place and how long it would continue. Since we had specifically asked about this before arrival, we expected the situation to have been checked or for it to have been clearly stated that there was no certain information. There was also frequent noise from the other apartments, especially voices. At night, the neighbors repeatedly ignored requests not to make noise, making it difficult to sleep. A neighbor’s dog also occasionally contributed to the noise. The main noise came from outside and from the other apartments rather than from inside the apartment itself. 🛏️ Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has no mirror. The view from Bedroom 1 is partly affected by neighboring buildings and construction. Bedroom 2 has no wardrobe or shelves, so storage space is limited. The air-conditioning drain in Bedroom 2 causes water to accumulate on the balcony. Bedroom 3 is very small. Bedroom 3 has a damaged mattress with a hole. Bedroom 3 has no wardrobe or shelves. Bedroom 3 is rather dark during the day. With the window closed, air circulation is limited. Its particular window/opening configuration makes it more exposed to outside noise. With the window open, it is practically impossible to sleep because of the noise. Even with the air conditioning on, sleeping is difficult because of noise from the other apartments. The door handle in Bedroom 3 tended to come loose. 🚿 Bathroom Shower grout had dirt/stains that looked similar to rust. Some towel hooks are missing. Limited space for toiletries. Ventilation is not particularly good.
