Casa Ntore Luxury Apartments

I can’t recommend Yannis and this property enough. Not only was it in perfect condition and lots of supplies prepared for us, it was impeccably clean and everything we could possibly need was available. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic facility. The location is ideal and we walked to the Old Port/Town and Nea Chora multiple times a day in 15 mins. On a personal note, we got food poisoning on our last night and desperately needed to be able to stay in the room a bit longer until our airport transfer. Yannis was incredibly kind and understanding and made some changes and arrangements which allowed us to stay later - I don’t think we would have made our flight home if not for this kind gesture. I really can’t thank you enough for that.

Location Clean Modern Good bed

Was very good in all aspects was near a busy road but wasn’t really any problem

For breakfast in few min some places, to the beach 10min walking. Comfortable bed, everything in apartment for cooking. And it was so comfortable, like at home!

At 8:00 some construction and need normal blanket, not a bedsheet. I was in few different places here and just in Retumno had normal blanket. Still don’t understand it. Some people prefer sleep just with normal one. I hope this friendly owner will buy to his apartments blankets:)

A wonderful stay with an exceptional host! The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. We especially enjoyed the upstairs terrace, with its lovely views of the city and mountains. The location is central, with a supermarket, coffee shops and a gas station nearby. Ioannis is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He shared local guides and recommendations for places locals actually enjoy, rather than just the usual TikTok hotspots. His hospitality made our stay feel really personal. We also rented a car through him and would highly recommend it. A great base for exploring Chania—we would happily stay again!
