I really liked the location, was a perfect spot if you're looking to have very easy access to the beach, the food taverns, supermarket, but also walking distance to the city and the sites. I also liked how responsive and helpful the host was. The apartment was simple but clean and had most of the things needed.
Would be good to have newer appliances like a better hair drier and a small vacuum cleaner. With all the sand and stuff it was not easy to keep the place tidy for a longer stay.

Very good location, 300 meters from the sea and beach. Plenty of parking spaces for free in the surrounding area (but check carefully the street signs for interdictions), nice host, good price.
I think a microwave and a coffee pot would ad to the confort.
