It is a mere 3-minute walk from the incredible, fully equipped sandy beach and a 15-minute walk from the old town and the Venetian harbor. Renovated in 2017 with a modern touch, this apartment is ready to provide you with unforgettable holiday moments and comfortable accommodation in an ideal location for both beach relaxation and exploring the famous town of Chania.
Elegantly and stylishly furnished, both inside and outside, Mare Civitas Tribus (79 sq.m.) is situated on the second floor and designed in an open-plan style for maximum comfort, making it particularly suitable for families with children.

Large and spacious apartment. It is one minute from the beach and restaurants in Nea Chora. It is furnished with everything you need for a long and short stay. The host answers all questions quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I recommend this place !
I will be more happy for the stable internet, because now the internet connection not very good and many time dropping

We enjoyed the condo that was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We experienced challenges with the key code and the road construction in front of condo was inconvenient. We would definitely recommend this property!

This was a very spacious apartment within a few blocks of the beach. Parking wasn't easy but if you look at the right time of day, you will find something close by. The neighborhood isn't the most appealing and we heard either cats chatter or dogs barking every morning but I guess that's what you get when you're in a residential multi-family neighborhood. There is no lift so be prepared to climb up some stairs. The place is mostly remodeled. There was slow drainage in both showers and one shower didn't have a mount for the shower head so you had to hold it in your hand. None of these were huge issues for us, just things I thought I should mention. Overall the stay was good, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked. We would not have a problem staying here again.

This apartment was great! It was up to date, very clean and in a perfect location. We were steps from the beach and town. Our daily housekeeper was such a pleasure and always left our room spotless.Thanks for adding to our Crete vacation!
