About this apartment rental
The apartment is located only 50m from the beach and only 900m from the historic city of Chania.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor - Elevator available and there is a private parking space.
The apartment is about 60 square meters, has 1 bedroom (bed 160x200cm), a large open plan living area with kitchen and also has 2 balconies.
There is a pull-out couch in the living room with 140x200cm lying area which makes the apartment ideal for 3 people. But also 2 children or another couple have space on the couch so we rent them for 4 people.
1 balcony with sea view to about 50m from Neo Chora sandy beach, the only direct beach in Chania, a larger balcony overlooking the white mountains, there is also a spacious lounge couch.
The kitchen is fully functional and fully equipped and has a large fridge freezer. Also a filter coffee machine and a kettle are available.
The bathroom was renovated last year and has a washing machine and a shower.
Each guest gets 2 small and 2 large towels. Smoke detector, a hair dryer, 2 snorkel sets and 3 bath towels are also available.
Shampoo is to bring your own and in the summer we recommend to get a mosquito repellent. These come out only in calm weather.
All furniture is new, the apartment lovingly furnished.
There is Wi-Fi to go (is provided via a mobile phone on site, which can be taken at any time on your excursions -> Please note that in case of loss or damage, 250, - € of your deposit will be forfeited) and German satellite TV. ...
Also a luggage scale, various guides and board games are at your disposal.
The final cleaning is 60, - €, the rental price per day on average 70.- € and should be rented to loving hands, like in the long term ....
In October 2019, the apartment will be equipped with a new kitchen and air conditioning, which is why we had to go up a bit higher in 2020 with the price.

The airport of Chania is 16km (30min drive) from the apartment.
If you arrive from Heraklion it is 143km (about 2h drive)
The apartment also has heating and can therefore be used well over the winter.
If you need to print your boarding pass prior to your return flight, contact Hotel Christina next door.
A Padi diving school is located next door.
The pool of the neighboring hotel can certainly be shared after consultation (possibly for a fee)

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, in excellent condition, and very functional. All the rooms are very nice with comfortable furniture. The front is on a busy street and can be noisy, but it did not bother us at all. The bedroom is in the back and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. Opening the the front and back balcony doors creates a very cooling breeze. The location is perfect. It is right behind the Hotel Christina with a nice view of the beach. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the start of a beautiful boardwalk. The boardwalk follows the beach and has many very good restaurants. The walk to Old Town Chania is 20-30 minutes, follows the water, is very beautiful, and is quite a peaceful journey. We enjoyed the apartment and Chania very much!

Location rès bien située dans La Canée, vue sur mer, à 2 pas de la plage de sable fin, à 20 minutes à pied du port vénitien et enfin très pratique pour sortir de la ville pour les escapades. Tout le confort et même au delà de nos espérances. Liska est une hôte réactivive dans ses réponses et toute disponible si nécessaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Great location, well equipped, friendly owner. Negatives: unreliable supply of hot water, we didn't find a change of bed linen, no ironing board, poor lighting.
