The position was excelent (for us at least, since we like staying in Nea Chora). Price was excelent for position and how big the apartment was. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Also many thanks to Ilias who waited for us till 01 in the night to give us the keys and explain everything to us (he didn't know I am an "expert" in Chania surroundings)
The fact that it was noisy. It is because of the old windows (that are excelent for a real greek experience and look). But this is just me, because I have a light sleep. But I managed to get used to it in the end.

50m walk to beach. Clean comfortable home away from home. On top of bakery which was delicious. Large kitchen, 2 bathrooms perfect for family or group.

Ilias provided excellent directions and was there to greet us at the property, take us in, and show us around. Ilias was super friendly and talked us through the local amenities and places to visit further afield.
The apartment was very comfortable, for us, a family of four with two teenagers.
The location was perfect - just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town, but 2 minutes walk to the main beach. However there are quieter more relaxed beaches only 5-10 minutes walk in the other direction.
Awesome bakery beneath the property. The area is very safe.
We had to ask for a second set of keys - these were provided very promptly however, so no real issue!

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – ιδανικό για οικογένεια ή παρέα. Τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια είναι άνετα, με άνετα κρεβάτια και πολύ καλή διαρρύθμιση. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μαγειρέψει και να νιώσει σαν στο σπίτι του.
Η τοποθεσία είναι απλώς τέλεια – μόλις λίγα βήματα από τη θάλασσα! Το πρωινό μπάνιο γίνεται σχεδόν αυτονόητο, χωρίς μετακινήσεις.
Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε η φιλοξενία του ιδιοκτήτη, ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας περίμεναν κεράσματα στο σπίτι κατά την άφιξη – μια πολύ όμορφη και προσωπική πινελιά που δείχνει το πόσο αγαπάει αυτό που κάνει.
Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στο μέλλον! Ευχαριστούμε κ. Αργυρω και κ. Ηλία 🙂
