Cleanliness of apartment, size of rooms, ground floor location. Few minutes walk into harbour or to Nea Chrora area. Great Aircon! Change of bedding and towels every 3 days, a nice bonus. Communication with the owners very good. Simple checkin. Hany for supermarket and main shopping too.
The only downside is proximity to the church opposite ( which we knew) but bells were rather loud especially at 730 in morning, but we're not early risers!
