Welcome to MV Living | Residence, a fully equipped apartment located on the first floor of a two-story home, in Nea Chora Beach and just a few minute walk away from the center of Chania and the sandy beach of the area. Ideal for families or small groups, the suite offers a modern design and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.
MV Living | Residence features a comfortable layout designed to make you feel right at home. With two cozy bedrooms and generous common areas, this apartment is perfect for longer stays or those needing extra space.

– Two Bedrooms – Each with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) that can be joined with a mattress topper for couples.
– One Large Bathroom with shower column, washing machine, and amenities.
– A Narrow Extra Toilet (can be used as a small work area if needed).
– Living Area with a sofa-bed that can sleep an additional guest if required.
– Large, Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, pans, and a dining table.
– Cooling & Heating: 3 air conditioning units (installed in 2021) – one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen.
– Hot Water: Solar panel and electric boiler.
