A beautiful apartment with a nice view of the sea and on the other side the mountains.

Mike is really helpful and he always answered me immediately if i had a query. A really comfortable apartment. Beautiful view from one side the sea and the other the mountains. Neo Chora beach 5 mins walk. Restaurants , mini market everything close by. Old town 20 mins walk or you walk one minute from apartment and there take bus no 11 and it takes you to old town. i will surely go there again and book with Mike.

Cosy pleasant stay

The host was very helpful, he made us feel welcome, showed us around and explained everything, nice little touches like, tea, coffee, sugar and shampoo etc. The roof top area and pool was nice especially at sunset overlooking the beach. The appartments are just across the road from the beach, and the bus stop is just across the road. Also nice quiet area

Best stay in all of Greece!

The room was comfortable and clean, the rooftop pool/spa was fantastic and watching the sunset from it was spectacular, the location is a quick walk to an amazing beach or downtown Chania, and anything you need the host will help with. Manolis was very friendly and welcoming. This was our favorite place in all of our travels of Greece, and we would love to come back and stay here again.

Lovely week near Charnia

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice location - a short walk to lovely beaches and pleasant 20 minute walk into Charnia. AC works well and very welcome. Good shower and two balconies. Host Manolis was extremely helpful and all round nice guy.

Matress in double room is on the hard side. Quite a lot of noise at night from dogs barking and other residents. Rooftop jacuzzi pool a bonus but looks much bigger in the photos.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Nice holiday treats. Close to the sea. Walking distance to most everything.

The pool and spa were not available, kinda was looking forward to that. It is the slow season, so not cost effective, but advertising led us to expect them to be available. Took a long time to warm up the room. It is December, so we totally understand these issues.

The location is great 3 min walk to the beach and a great Greek tavern with really nice authentic greek food, I’m Greek

Slightly dated however the location made up for it. Great bakery 5 min up the road , beach within walking distance . Chania Town is way too far to walk but we knew this .

Nice cozy apartments with good location not far from old city

Good location. 10-15 min walk to nearest busy area. Bus stop nearby. Beaches in walkable distances. Friendly owners. Nice terrace,too bad we had windy rainy weather but in hot sunny days it would be perfect place to relax. Apartments are well equipped.

The apartment was well-equipped, it had all the amenities as described. The location is in a quiet street, really very close to the two beaches. The beds were comfortable, and the host was very kind and helpful.

The only issue is that in both the sea-view and mountain-view apartments, the air conditioning is only in the bedroom. Additionally, in the case of the mountain-view apartment, the second bedroom where the bunk bed is located has no window. Therefore, it gets quite warm in there.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you wanted Nice little added extras supplying tea, coffee and sugar, salt pepper and oil The host and his family were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble Thank god we had great air conditioning and fans as it was in the high 30’s when we were there The property was only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach with a bakery and supermarket nearby Old town Chania only a 20 minute walk Would definitely stay again

The hosts were amazing

the rooms are small and the beds were like a prison beds one on top of the other with no air conditioner which felt really hot!! But the apartment is cheap so I didn't expect much, good for a night to sleep when arriving late after midnight and leaving in the morning,and it is really far from center .

Apartment in a quieter part of Chania, where you have everything you need right at hand.

Unfortunately we spent only one night at this place before leaving Crete. It would be worth it to be there much longer. A gym is available for guests; 2 minutes to a sandy beach, suitable especially for small children with an evening amusement park for children. Fish tavern next door. 20 minutes walk to the bus station. The equipment of the apartment was in good condition, we didn't miss anything. The host Manolis was very willing and helpful to advise and help. I warmly recommend it especially to families with children or people who are looking for relaxation combined with taking care of their physical condition.

Superb

Host was very kind and helpfull. It's possible to park in the apartment area, but the host held the place for us so we could park right in front of the building and have even better experience. Apartmet is really well equipped. Good for longer stays. If you prefer to cook on your own everything you would need is there. Kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, tableware, some basic spices and oils. In the bathroom there is free showergel, shampoo and some other stuff for women too. Big TV. Two balconies. It's possible self check-in. Gym is filled with a lot of gear and the host can even provide some training if you like. There is a good restaurat near by. Nikolas - big portions, good prices. Beach is a minute from the apartment. Apartmet is located in the calm area at about 15min walk from old city center.

It was really all good. Just one little thing, AC is only in the bedroom, living room has just a fan.

Είχαμε κλείσει διαμέρισμα για 4 άτομα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ήταν πολύ άνετο και για τις 4 με αποτέλεσμα να μη κοιμηθούμε όλες μαζί στο διαμέρισμα.

Lå sentralt til, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rolig område, ingen trafikkstøy. Deilig med basseng og solsenger på taket.

Litt harde senger og puter, vi var 5stk og det var 3 puter som var brukende. Hadde vært greit med 2 nøkler, evt bedre oppbevaringsmulighet for nøkkelen på stedet

Gorąco polecam na wakacyjny pobyt w Chanii

Polecam obiekt Pearl Seaside Cozy Apartments. Spędziliśmy tam z rodziną 9 bardzo udanych dni w szczycie sezonu wakacyjnego. Dla nas znakomita lokalizacja. Z jednej strony już trochę na uboczu, z drugiej cały czas blisko na promenadę i do centrum. Wejście do morza kilka kroków od apartamentu, ale dość surowe. My jednak korzystaliśmy z pięknej plaży Golden Beach oddalonej od apartamentu dokładnie o kilometr - 15 minut spacerem. W zamian mieliśmy łagodne piaszczyste długie wejście do wody. Nieco dalej w lewo (1,8 km od apartamentu) urokliwa zatoczka ze spokojną wodą. W drugą stronę miejska plaża Nea Chora dość głośna i zatłoczona. 100 metrów od apartamentu duża tawerna z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem, w której ceny były wyraźnie niższe niż bliżej centrum. Czynny do późna market oddalony o 300 metrów od apartamentu. Do portu i na starówkę pół godziny spacerem. Apartament może nie szczególnie luksusowy, ale bardzo funkcjonalny. Pokoje wygodne, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, 2 duże balkony. Gospodarz przesympatyczny, kontaktowy, zawsze dostępny i bardzo pomocny w każdej kwestii.

L'area relax sul tetto, con una piscina molto piacevole e curata; ottimo l'idromassaggio dopo una giornata a girare e visitare posti. La cordialità e gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto preparare noi i due divani letto per i nostri bambini. Anche il boiler in bagno non è proprio pratico, dovendolo accendere una ventina di minuti prima di fare la doccia...

Sehr netter Gastgeber! Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Einziger Minuspunkt waren die etwas zu harten Matratzen der Betten. Vielleicht sind wir aber auch verwöhnt durch die weichen Betten Zuhause ☺️
