Perfect location, within a short walk to the venetian harbour and old town, or to several nice beaches with beach bars

Very kind, attentive and friendly staff;
Great location - in a quiet area, next to the beach and relatively close to the city center. You can walk along the beach or take the bus from the nearby stop. Also the is a supermarket, a bakery and some taverns in proximity.
Rooms are spacious and have almost everything you need for a pleasant stay. We appreciated that they refill the capsules for the coffee machine every day and that there is coffee on the house at the reception and a fridge from where you can buy any drink you need.
They also have parking available.
It was a bit noisy sometimes, not the best soundproofing from the hallway.
Mosquito nets at the windows would be good.
