About this apartment rental
The Elia Seaside Deluxe Apartment is located 13 km from Chania airport, on the ground floor directly in front of the Nea Chora beach.
It is one of the favorite beaches of Chania residents, with a small fishing port, well organized, (Blue Flag 2013), shallow water suitable for children, ideal for swimming and sunbathing, only 10 minutes walk from the Venetian port & the maritime museum of Crete.
Even further west there is a large, quiet, sandy beach less crowded.
Nea Chora beach (Papanikolis Coast) is near the National swimming center of Chania and the Nautical Club, and provides many options for drinks and food and especially fresh fish in traditional taverns.
The house provides parking, 3 bedrooms, a living room,3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is also equipped with 2 jacuzzis, one located on the balcony and the second indoors
The fully modern equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare any meal.
The space is air conditioned, has satellite TV and internet. In the courtyard you can relax or have breakfast – lunch just by the sea.

This 3 bedroom apartment worked great for me and my husband and two other couples. The view out the living room is right to the sea. Steps down to the beach right outside the apartment. While there is one torn down building next door, the area is residential and location was great. Easy parking on street even for our 7 passenger van. Small neighborhood market at end of street in 2 min walk from apartment. Walk thru streets less than 10 mins down to beachfront area with restaurants and the beach area with loungers for rent. Walking distance was important and we had some older members that at the end of the day do not want a long walk!

We were 3 adults staying at the property and were very happy overall. It is a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment for the 3 of us. Very nice place and convenient to the market and restaurants. We liked having our own bedroom and bathrooms. The only concern was that there was a strong petroleum smell in the hallway during our stay. Suggestions to the management would be to add a toaster for the kitchen and provide instructions on how to use the hot tub and washing machine. Not sure if it was something we missed. :) We all agreed that we would rent this apartment again if we were to return to Chania. Thank you.
