There's not a single thing I didn't like. We were so impressed with the Annexe, that the other half is getting ideas for the back yard Clean, spacious and perfect for an adult weekend away

Perfect stay, would love to come again.

The property was even better than the pictures showed. It was far more spacious than we expected. Everything was very high quality, it was clean and the sofa and bed were really comfy too. We were lucky to have very nice weather and the fans provided were brilliant. The hosts very kindly left snacks and drinks which were a very unexpected but welcome addition, handy when we got back late and just needed a little something.

Excellent stay for a few days or longer.

The Annexe is a large barn type structure with large living room/kitchen, large bedroom and patio for your sole use. Fully equipped kitchen and a few essentials are provided. Very clean and new. Allocated parking. Could happily stay for longer.

Perfect location for our Suffolk long weekend

Lovely quiet setting for this extremely comfortable property. Loved the little touches of tissues, soaps, milk, tea and coffee and the oil and herbs for cooking were greatly appreciated. It's probably the best shower we have ever had in a property in terms of water pressure and a setting that you don't need to touch because it stays at the same temperature. The property was spotless and the sofa was very comfortable. Perfect accommodation for a couple.

The property does retain the heat so you do need to be around to open the windows before bed but it's manageable and there are fans if required.

Lovely holiday home away from home.

Very well made, modern little holiday home without taking away the rural charm. Lovely garden, well kept. Access is very easy. We were able to book in quite late at night. Deceptively big in size.

Well laid out and every detail had been thought about. Weather was still cold for my stay but the whole property was comfortably warm. Great shower and kitchen has everything including fresh milk and some treats. Will most definitely stay again

A second fabulous stay! So well thought out, so well maintained and clean, and our hosts charming. A great base to see suffolks beauty, or simply kick back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace. You wont be dissapointed!

Super clean, very spacious and comfortable annexe at the bottom of the large garden of the hosts property. Full of things kindly put in by the hosts to help you during your stay. Highly recommended.

An absolute gem of a property

The annexe is in an excellent location ideal for what we were planning to do. Julie and Basil were extremely welcoming and exceptional hosts, an extreme amount of thought and care has gone into how they present and run the property and they have thought about their guests needs and requirements whilst they are staying there spot on. This superb property is spotlessly clean, spacious, light and airy and the bed is extremely comfortable with a spacious bedroom. The holiday let was very extremely well equipped everything that you need. It was so lovely that Julie and Basil kindly supplied milk, tea, coffee and sugar and soft drinks and cereal bars which was very thoughtful of them and very much appreciated on our arrival. There is a lovely decking area to sit and enjoy the lovely garden as well. It is the best holiday let that we have ever stayed in. There is also a separate w/c which was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. We thoroughly recommend staying here its absolutely superb. Thank you so very much.

Superb quality and great value.

Everything!! It was without doubt one of the best b&b's I have ever stayed in. Superb facilities, very modern and stylish. The Bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet too.

Nothing, though some lighting along the path when it's dark would be worth considering. We just used our phone torch, so kept wasn't a problem.

This annexe situated at the foot of the owners garden is fabulous, what a find! My wife and I were over the moon when we entered the property, the photos online are good but trust me it is so impressive inside. The space is perfect and the kitchen is awesome and has just about everything you could think of. The bedroom is spacious and the bed was very comfortable, it also has a w/c.

There is absolutely nothing you could say negative about this place.
