I live locally and it was fantastic to be able to walk into the town centre.

The secure (I was a woman traveling alone) and tranquil location. I was grateful to have a dedicated parking space in front of the property. It felt welcoming, was well equipped and was very warm and comfortable.

A lovely stay, everything I needed. It was clean, safe, comfortable and well situated.

The location was fantastic for exploring Bury St Edmunds, no need to use a car or public transport. It was perfect for exploring on foot. The bed was AWESOME and I had two really good nights of sleep! It is a lovely light apartment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would love to visit again.

I won't say it was a "didn't like" but for nervous drivers or those with large vehicles, the parking is tight so care needs to be taken when leaving. I left on a Sunday so the parking area was full because everyone was home and so it took a number of squiggly manoeuvres to get out. It must have been amusing for anyone watching ;-). However, it is totally doable and did not spoil my stay in any way at all and I was grateful that I could park in the heart of Bury St Edmunds!

Very comfortable, very clean apartment, particularly well-equipped (kitchen etc), clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into the decorating/furnishing/equipping of the place, which makes staying there all the more pleasant - thanks Caroline! Central location also particularly convenient for everything one would want to do in Bury St. Edmunds and surroundings

Fantastic town centre apartment

Great location with the added benefit of town centre parking. Spotlessly clean. All the amenities you would want to make it feel like home. We loved all the light and lamp options, made it a very cosy space.

Perfectly located apartment for a short or long stay in Bury!

Overall a lovely and well kept apartment. Very close to the city center. Had a nice kitchen and washer, which we made use of. Ample space!

Noisy night-owl neighbors, shower and facet needs a deep clean, ambient temperature was a little to low for this time of year, had to strip bed and get things done while trying to leave the morning of check out.

This was an excellent property providing all home comforts in a town centre location with parking.

This is a very comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bury St. Edmunds. The space is well furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. There is the added bonus of a parking space adjacent to the property

Great flat in a great location!

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment. (My wife slept in for the first time in ages!). Quiet location and only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Would definitely book again!

Everything and more that you could wish for. Property is very comfortable, super clean and is in a quiet location but not out of the way, only a short 2 minutes walk and you are in the centre of Town. Our second visit to this lovely home from home apartment with an exceptional host Caroline.

parking space very tight, Kitchen chairs a little uncomfortable I was later charged extra for sleeping on the futon which I did not anticipate as it was advertised as having two beds and the surcharge was not made clear in the advertising or house manual.

Perfect apartment with parking in town with inconsiderate neighbors above.

Location is wonderful and it has a parking space (a large vehicle may not fit though), but so nice to have parking! Apartment has everything you need and is very clean.

During my three week stay two people moved in upstairs and they have heavy feet and like to entertain. They said they are there for two years and are doctors that graduated from Cambridge. The male doctor was smoking a cigarette outside my open window with all the smoke coming inside and I politely told him to smoke elsewhere. But as to the parties., when I contacted the host during their first party she told me to try to figure out where the landowner was and to tell them. I walked over to the gate to their garden (no other entrance that I knew of as once on the street in front there are too many doors) and said “hello” a couple of times with no response. On my very last night (a Saturday night) they had an even bigger party and the response from the owner was the same (copied and pasted from the previous response like maybe telling me twice would make that work). With no phone number to the landowner, I tried yelling “hello” again with no response so I gave up, packed up my things and left a day early. I only had the phone number of the apartment owner and did not want to barge unannounced into someone’s yard that did not know me. I hope that situation is resolved as every single other thing about the apartment is grand as well as Carolyn who brought me clean towels and made my bed each week, she is so very nice and has done a lovely job updating the apartment so I truly hate to post what I did but i am bro g honest as to what occurred.

Great location very clean apartment dedicated free parking at the door.

Great location right in town. Very quiet small complex. Dedicated Free parking at the door. Spotlessly clean apartment and I’m fussy. Extremely comfortable big bed. Heaps of storage in the bedroom. Good shower. Very well equipped kitchen. Large comfortable lounge furniture. All apartment appears new maybe recently renovated. Great Saturday market in town we bought all our fruit and vegetables for our onward journey. We would stay again.

Just small things really but worth a mention. No washing machine powder apparently if the last guests use it all you have to provide your own haven’t needed to in the last 10 places we’ve stayed at on this trip but good to know, also no milk supplied and no oil for cooking or shampoo, that I could find, can’t remember if it was on the listing or not. Couldn’t sleep with any windows open as it’s on the ground floor and no security screens. It wasn’t terribly hot when we were there and fans are provided we didn’t use them as we aired the house well for a few hours before we went to bed.

Top quality accomodation with perfect central location

Quality apartment with a spacious feel. Very convenient for town centre, 3-4 mins to main square but in a very quiet location. Parking is fine but as others have said it’s tight if you’ve got a big car or SUV..not easy for the timid drivers I think

good size bed let down by mattress which is imho flimsy. I concur with other reviews and while that is a matter of taste it did feel past it’s sell by date and hence couldn’t give 10/10 even though I wanted to.
