location was very convinent for us. it was clean and comfortable and it had two bathrooms. internet worked great. Host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with

It could get noisy late friday and saturday night but understandable living so close to the town centre/action! Having a washing machine was great but could have used a tumble dryer!

It was so charming, loved the wine and chocolates as a welcome. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was extremely convenient. Our hosts were readily available when we needed them. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location was great. Little extra touches like tea bags milk and cereal in cupboard were very welcomed. The owners replied immediately when I sent a request for additional bedding and sorted me out. Place was very comfortable and clean

Property was excellent - the street was somewhat spoiled by the rubbish to the side of the apartments opposite which stayed there all week despite the bin lorry coming around

The property felt as though it had just been renovated. Really clean and tidy, felt welcoming. It was in the right position for our needs and surprisingly quiet at night. Thank you for the wine, most welcome

We did not receive a key box code and were unable to gain access on arrival. Had to log into Booking.com and drill down to link to the hosts. To be fair, they responded quickly with the box code, but it was inconvenient. (This actually followed Bury St Edmunds road works closing Northgate St and access to the parking bay in Myrtle Close behind St Johns St - only later finding that I could have entered the closed road and turned down Cadney Lane - as I was originally planning to do.) Not a happy bunny at this point but road works, not their fault. Directions to the Nisa shop would help - 2 mins away, yes, but which direction. The upstairs door hinges could stand a dose of oil. A suggestion - a door bumper on the fridge door would prevent collisions with the radiator.
