Both my wife and I are of a certain age that found the steps outside a challeng but overall; very comfortable .

Couldn’t get reception on tv maybe a microwave would be handy

The enclosed garden was PERFECT for the dog. The property was a great size for the 3 humans too. The location is great. 6 mins from the village, 13 mins a Morrisons and 30 mins from Ipswich/Jimmys Farm (dog friendly wildlife park)

You do need to visit a superstore or be prepared to wait 1 hour + and spend ££ for a delivered takeaway.

There is an enclosed garden which was great for our dog . Tv and internet was good . Nice little shower room . Plenty of hot water..

It’s very dark inside . It’s made of wooden slats walls and ceiling. The pictures on the website are clearly old ones . As when you put the outside light on overnight, there is so much overgrowth you can hardly see it on. It’s very dark at night as the garden is not lit up. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this isn’t the place for you. It’s very near an airfield where the army are flying helicopters up to 10 o’clock at night. Then on the other side of the road, it sounds like there is a kennels with dogs constantly barking and howling. Cooking facilities was very poor there is a frying pan that even bacon sticks to and also rusty roasting tins.
