easy walk in to lovely Lavenham. Studio was comfortable, had what we needed and pretty quiet.
Nothing of any consequence. Drainage on shower noisy, but nothing to spoil a break. The house coffee was dried up and not good - needed refreshing, but not a deal breaker, by any stretch.

Great location, very clean, kitchen, bedroom and lounge areas were well equipped and comfortable, good TV with all the streaming services. Great to stay with our dog. Close to everything. Good price.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the water in the shower tray not draining away, which meant cutting short usage so as not to flood the room! Only stayed a couple of days, and as didn't use until the second day, not much could be done in the timescale. David Burr lettings have provided a partial refund, so pleased with that & hopefully will be sorted before next let.
