An amazing place to stay

The Annexe offers extremely well thought through accommodation. The kitchen has everything you could want, and the milk, tea/coffee etc were a nice surprise. It was immaculately clean with comfy furnishings. The ensuite shower is brilliant with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again if I was travelling to the area.

Excellent value, quality & comfort.

A beautiful place to spend a night but could easily have stayed longer. Just right for us & the dog. Location was excellent for our needs. The Annexe was clean and wonderfully presented. Everything was thought of, even a ball, blanket & treats for the dog. All very much appreciated.

Great find!

Situated on the edge of the village very close to Kentwell home. Very cosy and welcoming little annexe, lots tea choices, milk and chocolates on arrival plus dog treats. Enclosed courtyard great for our dog, would definitely stay here again.

The bed was a little small and a memory foam mattress, so it was not the firmest but thats my personal preference

Easy to park and access. Lovely space all to ourselves away from main house. Very quiet. Great autumnal decor for the season. Great care taken of all the little details. Milk and selection of teas and coffee were just what was needed on checking in. Comfy bed. Clean spacious bathroom.

The Annexe is a real treat, such a comfortable stay in an extraordinarily beautiful area.

The Annexe is outstanding! This spacious accommodation is beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and very well equipped, Access is excellent with a wide driveway to the accommodation which enables you to park and unpack quickly and easily. We really appreciated the chocolates, milk and fresh water kindly left for our arrival and it was a treat to have private outdoor space on such a hot evening. The generous kitchen area gives an opportunity to fully self cater if required with enough cutlery, crockery pots and pans for a family of four! Long Melford is a beautiful village surrounded by other beautiful villages and a tranquil Suffolk landscape, the Annexe is so well situated for a touring holiday in this area and is extraordinarily great value for money. Our only regret after a wonderfully quiet nights sleep in a very comfortable bed and a 5 star shower is that we were not staying for much longer! So much thought and effort has gone into making such a comfortable guest experience. Sincere thanks!

Very comfortable stay in a lovely village.

The Annex was very clean and bright, also very well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings ,and parking at the door, we had a great time in Long Melford , there are many walking routes from the village through lovely countryside , and we visited a few of the six local pubs , we will hopefully be back in the near future.

Easy to find, good location, great communication with the host, exceptional value for our 1 night stay. Everything you need is there, very clean and nicely done throughout, nice patio area out the back too. Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
