It’s nice relaxing visit

It’s simple vintage hotel with a nice view

Really many things made me feel not so happy 1/ the pillows are so not comfortable 2/ it’s far from the centre 3/ there’s a big problem with finding taxi but this not related to hotel itself because when we request a taxi from them really they did their best but I mean to return to hotel it’s so hard 4/ No bill boy in hotel 🤔

Everything except the service

The worst service ever. Anything I asked for they would charge me for it. I asked for an iron they told come pick it up, but they brought it later. And they requested me to bring it back to the reception when I was doing check out or they will charge me 15 CHF. The front desk was not welcoming.

Horrendous

Great location and views, not central but we liked this and was easy to get the bus.

Really disappointed with our stay here, the apartment was shabby and staying here ruined our trip as we booked for my birthday. What made it worse was how the owner handled it stating “I should have looked what I was booking”. I was very upset with not just the place but the owners lack of customer service and the very disappointing breakfast which we skipped both mornings. I would never stay here again. We are travelling Switzerland and we couldn’t wait to leave this awful apartment!

A different and beautiful experience

Spacious, quite, friendly owners and family, excellent restaurant and restaurant manager.

It was a bit far from the town so having a car is better than using expensive taxies

سكنت في كوخ مجهز مساحة 75 متر فيها كل الفخامة والرقي وكل ما يحتاجه السائح من رفاهية ومنظر خلاب علما بان من صمم المكان صاحبة الفندق بنفسها يدار من قبل العائلة قمة في الاحترام والحمام يوجد فيه أفرنجي مجهز فيه عدة خدمات لا يحتاج للشطاف كهربائي مودرن وفيه مكيفين وتدفاة والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل من افضل الفنادق في أنترلاكن

Aunque te estés hospedando hay que reservar para cenar. Sin embargo , la administración nos hizo espacio. Fue un gesto muy agradecido por nosotros .
