Very expensive. Not worth the price

Great Location close to the see and the Promenade.

This is not an apartment for 4 people. Only one bedroom with a very unconfortable bed. 2 Sofas on the dinning room but not bed couch. Only one pot and one pan. Soap in the bath could be nice to have. Very expensive considering the poor equipment.

We really liked our stay in this appartment (28). We would definitly book again.

The kitchen was well equiped and fully functional. The rooms were well divided and fully equipped (they even had a high-chair and a baby bed for our daughter). The location was good as it was only a short walk to the beach.

I didn‘t like to pay using a strange polish third party payment method, I was suspicious at first but the payment went through and the stay was fine.

not possible order parking in advance, you have to go to office (in same location) and than booked parking in garage, than everithing work very well, you only need park 1st time outside the area (offer garage in advance could be helpfull...)

Sehr Enttäuscht, werde Renters nicht Empfehlen !

Nur die Lage ist schön- nicht weit zum Strand.

Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht stattgefunden, stattdesen musste ich auf email (mit allen wichtigen Unterlagen und Code für d.Safe, wo der Schlüssel war) warten und es kam erst ein paar Stunden vor der Abreise. Kein Kontakt vor Ort und wenig Informationen für die Gäste. Appartment ist dunkel, die Mobiliar abgenutzt und fehlt an Besteck und Teller. Nicht genügend Parkplätze, man kann eine Garage mieten für 50zl(12,50€) pro Tag.

Jak na apartament , zabrakło mi leżaków ( krzesełek) plażowych . Ale najbardziej zaskoczyło mnie na minus (-) różnorodne sztućce( w tym z tworzywa sztucznego) . Wcześniej nigdy się z czymś takim nie spotkałem.

To nie nasz pierwszy, nie drugi, nie trzeci pobyt, w apartamentach Zdrojowa Świnoujście. Nie ma tu opcji pośredniej pomiędzy słaby a w porządku, dlatego zaznaczyłem słaby, bo jednak ku temu bardziej się kieruję dlatego, że: Sam apartament, jego powierzchnia, rozkład lokalizacja na tle innych budynków, odległość od plaży i tym podobne, jak teren dookoła wszystko ok., ale apartament nie był przygotowany nasz przyjazd Zmywarka skończyła pracę podczas zameldowania/wejścia do apartamentu o godzinie która nie mogła być wcześniejsz- odrzucono automatycznie mailem naszą prośbę o wcześniejszy przyjazd.; dziurawy stół jakby ktoś nożem w „grzybka grał”, dziurawa wykładzina, resztki jedzenia na podłodze- jakieś frytki, w szufladach kurz, podarta firanka w sypialni, brak rolet lub zasłon-a sypialnia to strona wschodnia- nie da się spać-jasno…, masło w lodówce po poprzednich użytkownikach,( resztki kawy, groch, chrupki w kuchni na półce meblowej... niedziałający radiobudzik, nieposprzątany balkon pozostawione w szafie na przedpokoju płytki, farby, grunt, kleje do płytek- pozostałości chyba po remoncie, parawan z połamanymi kijkami z brak jednego palika- to mała znaczenie ale…, znikający co chwila internet.. w kabinie brak półki na kosmetyki- wystają tylko 2 kołki po tym co kiedyś tam wisiało, ściągaczka do wody z kabiny tak brzydka, że aż do ręki wziąć nieprzyjemnie- a tabliczka by kabine osuszyć obowiązkowo po kąpieli widoczna.Pomimo zgłoszenia, że gości Będzie troje, na łóżkach przygotowane tylko dwa komplety ręczników i na łóżkach przygotowane dwa komplety pościeli, resztę musieliśmy szukać po szafach i dobierać

Der Checkin war völlig unkompliziert

Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht, Stühle waren für 3 und Gläser sowie Geschirr für 2 Leute. Die Balkon Stühle waren so marode das man sich nicht getraut hat rauf zusetzen. Laut Beschreibung sollte es eine Mikrowelle geben, haben wir nicht gefunden dafür aber einen kleinen Backofen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme kam nur wir sollten doch in allen Schränken nach Gläser suchen. Und zu den 3 Stühlen, auf der Webseite sind auch nur 3 Stühle zusehen. Wir waren gezwungen draußen zu essen damit wir alle zusammen essen können. Nie wieder diesen Anbieter

Die Lage

Das der Tresor mit Schlüssel nicht auf ging und kein telefonischer Service. Erst Nach Rücksprache mit booking kam ein techniker und das ganze hat fast 5 Stunden gedauert. Kaputter Fußboden, Gardinen und Steckdosen. Dreckiges Geschirr und zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Gefrierfach ging nicht auf. Zudecken hatten braune Streifen und Flecken. Die Beschwerde bei renters war ihnen egal und kein Entgegenkommen
