Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und der Promenade
Es fehlte ein Besen zum Reinigen, die abgezählten Gläser und Becher sodass man immer sofort abwaschen musste

Tiefgaragenplatz, Lage,, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung , sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter bei Schlüsselübergabe,
leider sehr laute, rücksichtslose Nachbarn bis tief in die Nacht, einziges WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss., für ältere Menschen in einer Massonettwohnung ein Unding. Sollte unbedingt drauf hingewiesen werden.

War sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Direkt nebenan ist eine Großbaustelle. Ab um sieben Uhr ist es sehr laut. Und die Sicht auf die Baustelle ist auch nicht attraktiv.
