A very noisy bed makes it impossible to sleep. Everything else is ok.

Very noisy bed. It was impossible just to sleep. Every time the position changes is equal to waking up. I hope, that the hotel staff will read this message and will try just to sit in bed in the 104 room.

Great location, fantastic breakfast.

Location was wonderful - very close to the promenade and to the beach yet quiet in the evenings. Room was clean with a balcony and bathroom. We appreciated that there were no sounds from the other rooms, the rooms were well soundproofed. Buffet breakfast with very good offer and friendly serving hours.

The hotel offers a very limited number of parking spaces and the staff is not very helpful in pointing out where to park. The city's parking system is confusing, we got fined even though we paid for a day pass. A tip for other visitors - the all-day ticket expires on the same day at 8 a.m., not 24 hours after payment.

Good breakfast and good dinner if food was ordered from the menu and not the all-you-can-eat buffet. Good location. friendly staff in the restaurant. Nearby a small shop and bike rental and loads of other facilities.

Caution for all foreign visitors! When paying the room with a foreign credit card the terminal at reception does apply an unfavorable exchange rate! To be precise it does not allow you the time to decide if you want to pay in PLN or in your currency and just moves on with your currency at a bad exchange rate. At the end of an overall nice stay that was quite a disappointment. Changing towels and bed linen could be more often. Towels every three days and bed linen once a week is quite a stretch.

Miejsce warte odwiedzenia.

Położenie praktycznie przy Promenadzie, widok z V piętra, gdzie można wypić herbatkę patrząc na promenadę oraz w oddali znajdujące się morze. Polecamy również pyszne śniadania (nie korzystaliśmy z obiadów). Na plus również bardzo miła obsługa zaczynając od recepcji a kończąc na paniach z obsługi sprzątającej. Pokoje czyste, z balkonem, dostępem do WiFi i polskich kanałów telewizyjnych. Warto skorzystać z parkingu na miejscu.

Wszystko było ok. Ewentualnie pomyśleć o usytuowaniu umywalki w stosunku do toalety.

Czystość …. Plamy na łóżku (zaglowie) fotel poplamiony …. Niewiedziec czym , nie higieniczne . Łóżko …. Pożółkłe jak by ktoś palił papierosy . Budowa obok , szkoda że obiekt powiadamia klienta o chalasach od 6.30 dopiero po dokonaniu rezerwacji z opłatą . Pomimo że prosiłem o pokój z drugiej strony dostałem odmowę chociaż były wolne pokoje . Brak czajnika do kawy i herbaty. Kubki plastikowe jak w przychodni lekarskiej…. Nie te czasy …

Der Frühstück war ganz ok. Die Lage ist top.

Das Inventar ist heruntergekommen. Alte fleckige Klobrille mit gelben Flecken. Insgesamt wirkt das Bad nicht sauber. Die Baustelle wurde nicht angekündigt, um sieben Uhr morgens gingen die Bauarbeiten los. Für den selben Preis habe ich vor zwei Jahren zu Saisonzeit in einem Hotel in der selben Reihe mit Spa Anlage gemacht. Das es so schlecht sein wird, habe ich nicht erwartet

Lokalizacja jest ok, śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Wyjeżdżając o 5 rano dostaliśmy dużego BOXa, z czego byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni i mile zaskoczeni.

Jestem drugi raz w hotelu, ostatnio rok temu i przy obu razach wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki, za pierwszym razem musieliśmy zmienić pokój.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und für uns auch ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch. Das Personal sprach deutsch und war sehr nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Promenade gelegen, hat man von seinem Balkon eine super Aussicht auf das pulsierende Leben und die Ostsee.

Das Parkhaus ist schon sehr eng. Wir hatten große Schwierigkeiten unseren Tuareg dort einzuparken. Im Zimmer hat uns ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Gläser und Tassen waren auch nicht vorhanden.

Ein sehr schöner Weihnachtskurztrip

Das Laguna liegt direkt an der Promenade. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Für die weihnachtliche Dekoration ein extra Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und vielseitig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Nicht nochmal. Schade!

Die Lage war top! Check In war unkompliziert, war auch Nachts möglich. Zwei Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht. Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Betten waren ok. Günstig außerhalb der Saison.

Im Badezimmer hat es nach Urin gerochen. In der Toilette war trotz „wurde desinfiziert“-Schild eine „braune Überraschung“ zu finden von den vorherigen Gästen. Die Handtücher und die Bettbezüge waren löchrig. Zu dem Nachbarzimmer war eine abgeschlossene Tür, davor stand ein Schrank. Deshalb was es sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten jedes einzelne Wort verstehen. Die Nachbarn haben gefeiert und wir hatten nicht viel Ruhe. Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr fleckig.

Die Lage des Hotels ist phantastisch, nah an der Promenade und am Wasser. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und frisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage an der Promenade und kurzen Wegen zum Strand.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Promenade ist super. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, wir hatten ein Babybett drin. Dieses wurde kostenlos gestellt. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Gute Auswahl und super kaffee. :-) Das Hotel hat 5 Stckwerke, aber nur auf vier davon gibt es Zimmer. Im 5 Stock ist die massagepraxis und eine super große Spielecke für die Kinder und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. getränke sind dort frei (kleine Küche). Tolles Angebot und mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Bilder, die draußen für das Restaurant hängen und für das Frühstück im Aufzug sind von schlechter Qualität und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Lokalizacja super, nie wiem jak latem..czy nie za blisko promenady..mam na myśli że może być głośno. Ja byłam w październiku więc było super. Podobały mi się dekoracje wejścia jak i restauracji. Pokój jak I łazienka ...bardziej niż ładne a mega super to już za dużo...dobre 4. Jedzenie..śniadanie pyszne. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty. Plusem był garaż ,winda, balkon,mała lodówka, WiFi dostępne, i sklep spożywczy w tym samym budynku.

Brak w pokoju czajnika, kawy, herbaty, ( były dostępne na 5 piętrze i ogólnodostępne ). Brak sztućców, talerzy( można wziąść z restauracji...ale za każdym razem trzeba o coś prosić) . Wolałabym w pokoju zrobić sobie kawę i spokojnie ją wypić, a nie w pomieszczeniu gdzie parę gości już korzysta z tego miejsca...dodam że kubki z papieru, zamiast łyżeczki patyczek...porażka. Minusem są małe mankamenty na które zwracam uwagę np. Dziury w prześcieradle..(Pani wymieniła, ale dopiero 3 było bez dziury), klamka w łazience uszkodzona, wykładzina już do wymiany....widać że przeżyła nie jedno, telewizor miał sporo kanałów, ale często przerywało..podejrzewam że przez internet. Byłam z psem I zdziwiło mnie że nie było dla niego spania i miski..tam gdzie wyjeżdżam zawsze gdy pies jest opłacony powinien też mieć swoje miejsce.

Hotel hat 1A Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück war von allem was da und ausreichend. Hotel sauber und gepflegt, höffliches und hilfsbereites Personal. würden gerne wiederkommen.

Im Bad die Montage des WC-Beckens ist etwas unglücklich ( Zimmer 107 ) für den Gast gewöhnungsbedürftig aber trotzdem rund um alles ok.
