All over a great hotel/stay!!

Vorsicht vor Vacation Club!
Die Nähe an der Promenade und die Nähe zum Strand.
In vergangenen Jahren haben wir gute Erfahrungen mit Vacation Club gesammelt. In diesem Jahr wurden wir mehr als nur enttäuscht! Wir haben uns sehr auf unsere verdiente Auszeit zum Jahreswechsel gefreut, doch als wir an unserem Apartment ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass das Büro von Vacation Club nicht mehr existiert. Nach langem Suchen und Nachfragen stellte sich dann heraus, dass man online einchecken muss und erst darauf hin einen Code bekommt um in das Apartment zu gelangen. Jedoch war es uns nicht möglich dies durchzuführen. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen und auch auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Nach einiger Zeit der Versuche mussten wir uns darauf einstellen nicht mehr an diesem Tag in das Apartment zu kommen. Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und Hund) mussten uns notgedrungen auf die Suche nach einem Hotelzimmer machen, was nicht einfach ist vor dem Jahreswechsel und mit Hund. Am nächsten Tag versuchten wir noch einmal unser Glück und nahmen Kontakt zu Vacation Club auf - vergeblich. Weder die Telefonnummer noch die Email Adresse schien korrekt zu sein. Nach 6 Stunden in der eisigen Kälte und ohne Unterkunft entschlossen wir uns die Heimreise anzutreten. Wir meldeten unser Problem bei Booking. Diese waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich dieser unannehmlichkeit sofort angenommen. Wir haben die volle Summe zurück erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist sehr orientiert. Vacation Club können wir definitiv nicht empfehlen!!!

Es war eine sehr große Wohnung und der Balkon war super ☺️ Wir waren schnell auf der Promenade ☺️
Leider war die Couch/Liege im Wohnzimmer nicht gut unsere Kinder hatten dolle Rückenschmerzen.

+ blisko morza + balkon
- kontakt z recepcją, infolinią (jeśli tak powiedzieć to go wcale nie ma, to jest quest żeby do nich się dodzwonić) - zameldowanie (pierwszy raz spotykam hotel gdzie zameldowanie jest po 16:00, nie było pozwolono zameldować się wcześniej, ale za kasę to oczywiście można), i wymeldowanie (czyli ma krótką dobę hotelową). Dobra, z tym się pogodziliśmy, więc jakiś problem z tego nie robiliśmy. - później nas spotkał odbiór klucza, instrukcja odbioru klucza nie nadana, więc straciliśmy 30 min jeszcze na to. - po zameldowaniu które było o 16:30!!! mieszkanie jeszcze nie było gotowe! Brak ręczników oraz pościeli, mieszkanie wcale nie posprzątane, śmierdzi, wszędzie pył. To chyba jakiś żart, 6 h i nie gotowe. Znów próba skontaktować się z recepcja, niestety próba nie udana. O 17:00 przychodzą Pani z pościelą i ręcznikami, wchodzą bez jakiegoś pukania, swoim kluczem otwierają drzwi. No coments. - Brak żelu do kąpieli, brak herbaty, kawy (0 opakowań), brak butelki wody. - Myśleliśmy że to już koniec i możemy spokojnie sobie odpoczywać, ale niestety nie. Mieszkanie nie jest przeznaczone dla 4 osób, kanapa bardzo nie wygodna, chyba jeśliby spaliśmy na podłodze byłoby lepiej! Czyli za te koszty można byłoby wynająć pokój hotelowy w Hilton… Byliśmy jedną dobę i to dobrze, ponieważ w innym przypadku szukaliśmy inne miejsce na nocleg. - Podsumowując: nie polecam.
