Die Lage ist super zentral. Parkplatz und Eintritt zum Aquapark plus Punkt
Die Wohnung hat stark nach Abfluss gerochen, das Wasser lief weder im Waschbecken noch Dusche ab. Schlafsofa reinste Katastrophe.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Promenade und Strand. Das Apartment ist schön geräumig.
Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Info, wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt wird sollte um 16 Uhr erfolgen. Die Info kam aber erst im 17.05 Uhr. Das Büro ist nur telefonisch zu erreichen, leider hängt man nur in einer Warteschleife. Schade ist, dass Teppichboden verlegt ist und dieser schon sehr verschmutzt und unhygienisch aussieht. Das Waschbecken in Bad war verstopft, trotz der Meldung per Mail wurde es nicht repariert. Wenn Lichtschalter defekt sind, müssen diese vor Weitervemietung repariert werden und nicht einfach angeklebt werden. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist unterirdisch. Ausgezogen kann man überhaupt nicht darauf schlafen. Die "Matratze" ist nur eine dickere Decke. Im Großen und Ganzen war es trotzdem ok. Aber wenn dort buchen, bloß nicht über Vatication Club, sondern direkt bei Baltic park fort.
