Ärgerlich, wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und hatten Desinfektionstücher dabei.
Wir waren schon mal im Baltic Park Fort, jedoch in einem anderem Appartement.
- unsauber, schmutzig - Defekte Badentlüftung - Defekter TV und fehlende Fernbedienung - in der Küche kein Geschirrtuch, nur eine einzige große Schüssel, keine Schneidbretter - Kühlschrank schmutzig, Frostfach ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen - Seifenbehälter im Bad leer

Für einen Kurzurlaub ok wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat
-Lage in Strandnähe -Balkon
-Keine Rezeption vor Ort, überhaupt kein Personal an das man sich wenden kann. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. -Klimaanlage defekt, obwohl extra bezahlt, niemand reagierte auf Email (katastrophal da viel zu heiß im Hochsommer) -Deckenplatte im Bad war verschoben -Bett zu klein -nur eine Schlüsselkarte bei 3 Erwachsenen -üble Duftautomaten in Lobby und Gängen -wenig Geschirr (zumindest ein mittlerer Topf zu wenig) -nur ein Spülmaschinen Tab( unbedingt selbst mitbringen) -zerfetzte Couchkissen rückseitig -TV im Schlafzimmer funktioniert Fernbedienung nicht

Tolle Lage —VacationsClub werden wir nie wieder buchen, wir waren mit Kind unterwegs und auch Booking hat uns mit KI abg
Es war gut gelegen.
Wir konnten nicht einchecken und mussten für die 1. Nacht eine neue Unterkunft buchen. Es gibt keinerlei Informationen über die Dinge vor Ort(Schwimmbadnutzung, Handtücher, Wege zum Schwimmbad) Die Rezeption ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Nach 20.00Uhr ist auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar,obwohl wir unsere Zeiten angegeben und bestätigt bekommen haben. Es gibt nur eine Zimmerkarte. Wenn das Appartement verlassen wird, geht der Strom aus. Wenn ein Reisender die Wohnung verlassen möchte, kommt er nicht mehr rein usw. Unser Parkplatz war besetzt, von einem Mitarbeiterfahrzeug. Im Appartement fehlten Handtücher und die Dusche floss nicht ab. Der normale Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und das Bettlaken war zerschlissen und löchrig.
