Było miło przyjemnie i winda która prowadziła do garażu podziemnego robiła robotę.
Położenie względem morza, wielkość mieszkania, 3 balkony, czystość.
Rozkład na 2 piętrach, toaleta na górnym piętrze, brak wieszaków na kurtki na dolnym, wisząca szafka przy stole o która ciągle uderzaliśmy się w głowę. Strome schody na piętro.

Super Lage, Strand und Promenade in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Küche hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, zudem ein Sammelsorium an Geschirr, billigem Besteck welches sich sofort verbiegt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock scheinen renoviert zu sein. Das Bad, welches ebenfalls oben liegt, könnte viel sauberer sein. Ein abeplatzter Toilettedeckel und nicht richtig schließenden Duschentür, kunterbunte Handtücher mit Flecken. Für uns mit Kleinkind war die minimalistische Wendeltreppe, mit wirklich kleinem Auftritt eine Zumutung. Vermietet reagiert bei Anliegen nur sehr zögerlich, wenn überhaupt. Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Wenn alle Parkplätze besetzt sind, ist das rangieren unmöglich.Zudem ist die Einfahrt so eng und wird auch noch vom Personal der gegenüberliegenden Lokale zugeparkt. Ein haltloser Zustand!! Was uns beim Buchen dieser Unterkunft nicht aufgefallen ist, es gibt kein Wohnzimmer. Unten Küche mit Stühle und Tisch, dann Treppe hoch, und dort Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Sauberkeit der ganzen Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Die Lage ist super.
Leider hat das Internet nicht funktioniert. Alle 4 Geräte sind mit dem Router verbunden gewesen, der hat aber keinen Internetzugriff ermöglicht. Meine Anfrage deswegen per SMS ist leider unbeantwortet gewesen.

Wnętrza są przestronne, a rozkład pomieszczeń, mimo dwóch poziomów, jest bardzo funkcjonalny Doskonały wybór dla osób poszukujących komfortowego i dobrze zlokalizowanego miejsca na wypoczynek w Świnoujściu. Bliskość morza, nowoczesne wnętrza, trzy tarasy wychodzące z każdego pomieszczenia, wszystko to sprawia, że chętnie tutaj wrócę.
