Lovely option for friends and family, near to the beach and promenade, attractions and shops.

The hotel and room was fine - we opted for an economic solution staying in 5 in one room. Everything clean, the room service great, staff ready to solve what ever occurred. We took half board, and that was amazing - a great choice of stuff including local specialities, breakfast and dinner. Sauna and wellness nice, clean, in price for guests.

Would love having coffee available also during dinners. The saunas could offer a cold pool.

Good for the location but expect poor service and save your money to eat somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and the location to the beach is a short walk.

The room has two twin beds pushed together to form a double bed. The floors are so slippery that the beds slide. The staff was extremely rude. The receptionist at our check out even rolled her eyes at us. The buffet is extremely understaffed. Many times there were no tables, no forks/spoons, and much of the room was not replenished. Again, the staff here acted like it was a bother to them that we were there.

The room is very clean and spacious.

The pillows weren't comfortable. The stuff was unhelpful with everything. First I have asked if there will be vegan milk in breakfast, they said yes, but there wasn't. Then a security guy shouted at me for taking my dog out to pee, when i informed about it to the reception they did not care, they took no responsibility to the security guy's behaviour nor would they tell me if there are actually places in the courtyard were dogs are not allowed to pee...

Short but lovely

Food was good and plenty, staff(especially buffet staff were lovely), cleanliness super and quality of furniture and such was good aswell. The spa was wonderful.

Would have liked some more drink options included in the Vollpension. Only still water and sometimes with fruit in it available, and some juice for breakfast. All other drinks were extra and also not really advertised. And staff didn’t always have time to bring drinks or ask if we wanted any. No available garage spaces eventhough there were always plenty open… cancellation policy could be better. Half price of stay when canceling a month in advance seems excessive.

There were tiles instead Of carpet in The room The hallways smell horribley bad. The elevator smelled like a bunch of clorox. The wifi was horrible. The 2/4 of the balcony was tiles AND the other half had no tiles.

Missing hospitality - you should welcome guests with a smile! Missing Wi-Fi code in the room. No coffee in the room, just tea. Bad lightning in the bathroom. The floor on the balcony looks like it's not finished - it's missing a couple of pieces. Very uncomfortable pillows, hard mattress and thick quilt - no, no, NO!

Personal war nett und freundlich , Hotel + Zimmer sauber der SPA Bereich mit 3 Saunen + Whirlpool sauber und sehr angenehm zum abschalten das Frühstück sehr lecker und volles Buffet , leider war das Wochenende zu kurz

Die Unterkunft war für eine spontane Übernachtung mit 4 Personen und einem Hund völlig ausreichend

Da wir ein größeres Auto fahren, konnten wir leider nicht ins Parkhaus, auch andere Parkplätze waren nur mit viel Geduld zu finden..

Ort & Lage schön, Zimmer groß und sauber. Reisegruppen hätte man erwähnen können.

Sauberes großes Zimmer. Sollte aber ein Vierbettzimmer sein. 2 Personen wurden angegeben. Balkon , Blick, Lage.

Wir waren als Paar mittleren Alters da über Silvester . Wir wollten einen Wellnessbereich und Frühstück. Es waren mehrere Reisegruppen da, die mit Rolatoren , Gehwegen für versperrte enge Wege im Speisesaal sorgten. Völlig überfüllt. Silvesterabend im Hotel mit Seniorengruppen. Spabereich sehr klein. Es funktionierte auch nicht alles. Ruheraum kalt. Hell laute Musik , die immer lief. Am meisten gestört hat uns wirklich, dass es nirgendwo erwähnt wurde, dass das Hotel von Reisegruppen, die auch alle viele Anwendungen erhalten besucht wird. Dafür war es wirklich viel zu teuer. Das macht aber sicher der Jahreswechsel. Lage sonst schön. Nähe zum Wasser perfekt. Personal nicht freundlich, aber eher reserviert kühl. Was ich auch bei dem Publikum verstehen konnte. Soviel nörgelnde Rentner.

Spa Bereich war sehr schön.

Dass man entweder von außen oder in der Tiefgarage zu den jeweiligen Gebäuden,zur Rezeption,Spa, Essen-Saal gehen musste,da es sich nicht in einem einzigen Gebäude befand.

SPA Bereich teilweise defekt!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend.

Eine Kaution von 50,00 Euro sind in bar für die Fernbedienung des Parkhauses zu hinterlegen. In Bar! Das ist sehr lästig. Wir haben 2025, bitte, das geht doch auch online über eine Kreditkarte. Der SPA Bereich ist klein und es war nicht alles verfügbar. Der Whirlpool war defekt, die Eisgrotte und das Dampfbad nicht verfügbar. Nicht angenehm!!!

Śniadania i obiadokolacje serwowane w hotelowej restauracji były różnorodne i świeże — od dań na ciepło po bogaty wybór owoców, wypieków i lokalnych specjałów. Obsługa dbała o to, aby niczego nie zabrakło, a atmosfera sprzyjała spokojnemu rozpoczęciu dnia.

Mój pobyt w hotelu okazał się wyjątkowo udany. Już od pierwszych chwil dało się odczuć profesjonalizm obsługi, która witała gości z uprzejmością i życzliwością. Zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i sprawnie, a recepcjonista udzielił mi wszystkich potrzebnych informacji dotyczących udogodnień oraz okolicy. Pokój był przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony i nieskazitelnie czysty. Wygodne łóżko, starannie dobrane oświetlenie oraz wysokiej jakości wyposażenie sprawiły, że mogliśmy się w pełni zrelaksować. W hotelu dostępne były również dodatkowe udogodnienia, takie jak strefa spa, sauna i jacuzzi. Cały pobyt oceniam jako niezwykle komfortowy i w pełni spełniający moje oczekiwania.

Lage war super, ein Katzensprung zur Promenade und zum Strand, Hotel war sehr gut, das richtige Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück sehr vielseitig, abwechslungsreich und immer gut befüllt, Sehr hundefreundlich

Ein zweckmäßiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.

Die zentrale Lage, insbesondere die Nähe zum Strand ist ausgezeichnet. Da wir mit einem Hund angereist sind, ein wesentlicher Punkt. Darüber hinaus sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe zu finden. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Checkin und Checkout verliefen schnell und gut. Das Frühstück (ab 08:00 Uhr) war reichhaltig. Auch hier stets freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel wird offenkundig auch von Busreisen frequentiert. Hierdurch war der Frühstücksraum bereits ab 08:00 Uhr 😉 stark ausgelastet.

Vynikající chutná snídaně - obrovský výběr. Milý personál. Výborná lokalita v centru, blízko na pláž. Sauna a wellness - čisté, útulné.

Mezi některými budovami se dá chodit pouze přes podzemní parkoviště.

Niemals wieder MariSol. Essen und Service wahnsinnig schlecht. Einrichtung lieblos,billig und kaputt

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade, wo viele Geschäfte und Restaurants zu finden sind.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Häusern, welche nicht miteinander verbunden sind. Das Zimmer waren lieblos eingerichtet und für die angegebene Personenanzahl zu klein. 6 Personen sollten in dem kleinen Zimmer Platz finden. Es gab nur 2 Stühle und ein Mini Tisch, eine Minibar ( welche die ganze Nacht laut brummt), ein kleines Bad mit kaputten Möbeln und einem Gästewaschbecken. Die Dachfenster ließen sich nicht verdunkeln (vermutlich wird das im Sommer das Zimmer wahnsinnig aufheizen. Das Essen am Buffet war sehr schlecht und die Zeiten sind viel zu kurz. (17-19 Uhr) Wir kamen am Anreisetag 18:25 Uhr an und hatten Halbpension gebucht und auch das Hotel auf unsere "späte" Anreise informiert. Die Kellner waren nicht erfreut über unsere Ankunft und selbst unsere Kinder fragten uns warum die Kellner so böse gucken. Nach einem Abendessen und Frühstück meine ich zu wissen warum. Das Hotelpersonal isst nach den Gästen das bezahlte Buffet. An dem Anreisabend war schon sehr wenig übrig am Buffet und dann kamen wir noch zum Essen. Die Auswahl des Essen war absolut unterirdisch. Als warm Menü gab es Hühnerbein(chen), ein paar Camembert, matschige süße Klöße mit Erdbeere und Gulaschsuppe. Weder gab es passende Beilagen, z.B. Kartoffeln oder Nudeln, welche für Kinder oder Vegetarier eine warme Option gewesen wären. Mit Verlaub würde ich sagen das Essen ist auf die sehr sehr vielen älteren Gäste ausgelegt. Brot und Aufschnitt. So stellen wir uns jedoch keinen Urlaub vor....vor allem nicht für 200 EUR pro Nacht. Das Essen somit besser nicht mitbuchen und in eines der vielen nahe gelegenen Restaurants gehen. Lieber 5 Eur mehr ausgeben und freundliche Kellner und gutes Essen bekommen. Das Aquarium im Restaurant war zudem sehr dreckig und für die Anzahl der Fische viel zu klein. Die Kinder haben viele Fragen gestellt weil sie diese Mängel selbst erkannt haben und nicht verstehen konnten warum dies so ist. Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zur Rezeption.
