In general everything was great

Almost everything was great! Except possibly to park a car near the apartments.

Location. Swimming pool in the hotel. Cleanliness. Kind people.

Confused information regarding the parking space. I did not know that our apartment was without a parking space - insufficiently described. There were free parking spaces on the hotel grounds and we didn't get any anyway.

It was a very nice time for all of us.

A perfect location, just a few steps from a beach and a city center. Our room was allright allowing us to spend our vacations without any issues.

A ground floor with a park space outside the windows. But I do not consider it as a problem.

The pool area with ok sized pool and two small saunas and one bubble pool. Clean and fresh appartment with new furnitures. Good with freeze part in fridge.

Automatic selection of currency when paying with card. Had to ask for new toilet paper every day since we only got 2 rolls a time (5 persons staying for 1w). It was not allowed to bring a bath bag in the pool area.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft, die barrierefrei und rollstuhlgerecht ist. Nautilus hat das angeboten und es war , bis auf die Dusche, sehr gut geeignet. Das Schwimmbad ist perfekt und schön warm. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah an der Promenade und am Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir unseren kleinen Hund mitnehmen konnten. Danke für alles ❤️

Super Lage und Top Poolbereich

Schöner Pool und Saunabereich (gemanagt via Listeneintrag - ist auch gut so, da kann man schauen wann es nicht zu voll ist)

Das Zimmer (206) war sehr "kahl" - im ganzen Apartment kein einziges Bild an der Wand - keine Deko. Am besten mal einen Inneneinrichter beauftragen. 😀 Der Fernseher - ein Sharp Android Fernseher - ist langsam und muss oft mehrmals neu "gebootet" werden - wahrscheinlich billig, aber prozessortechnisch völlig unterdimensioniert.

Udana wyprawa

Miła obsługa, recepcja do godziny 20:00, basen i sauny bardzo fajne, parking pod oknami. Na plus również czystość, choć obiekt nadgryziony już zębem czasu to wynagradza nam to czysta łazienka, salon czy sypialnia, materace wygodne w łożu dwie kołdry. Winda jak ktoś się męczy na schodach no i 3 minuty pieszo do głównej ulicy z wieloma kawiarniami.

przy tej cenie można by zaoferować darmowy parking.

Super miejscówka, czysto schludnie miła obsługa, polecam chętnie się wybierzemy ponownie :)

Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej koło 9 rano, a doba hotelowa zaczynała się dużo później, więc bardzo mile byliśmy zaskoczeni, że mogliśmy korzystać z pokoju przed czasem, ogromny plus i podziękowania :)

Nie było takich rzeczy, jedynie to szkoda, że basen i sauna nie były dłużej otwarte, tak to wszystko ok

Pierwszy pobyt w Świnoujsciu ale nie ostatni i prawdopodobnie w tym samym miejscu.

apartament bez wyżywienia i to nam odpowiadało i dawało swobodę w czasie i wyżywieniu.Doskonałe położenie ,uliczka spokojna ,blisko promenady .

Brak parkingu dla apartamentów na parterze ,ale na szczęście są windy i wolne apartamenty wyżej co rozwiązało problem.

Mit Matratze hätte man eine gute Bewertung abgeben können...

Personal, Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung war gut. Check in ganz entspannt.

Bei dem Boxspringbett gab es keine Matratze mehr, nur eine Matratzenauflage, die zu klein war. Die Beschreibung mit dem Parkplatz war wieder sehr schwammig. Erst hieß es, man kann einen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft mieten, mit vorheriger Reservierung. Nach der Buchung hieß es dann, zu Ihrem Appartement gehört kein Parkplatz. Sie können aber 200m weiter einen Parkplatz mieten. Wir hatten Glück, weil wir so früh da waren, sonst hätten wir erstmal suchen können. Das braucht man nicht in der Hochsaison. 25 € pro Nacht für einen Hund finde ich auch heftig, was als "es können Zusatzkosten entstehen" beschrieben wird.

ES ist ein Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Wihrpool vorhanden, das ist praktisch bei schlechtem Wetter ,es waren Fit Abwaschlappen und Toiletten Papier vorhanden

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit/Reinigung zu wünschen übrig ,auch die Handtücher-vorher sehr weiß-nach 1 Woche mehr als dreckig es wurde uns kein Umtausch angeboten ev muss das besser kommuniziert werden

Wie immer ein toller Urlaub.

Wir waren schon sehr oft da. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich. Der Spa Bereich mit Pool und Sauna ist immer sauber und lädt zum relaxen ein. Einfach rundum ein toller Urlaub unweit von Strand und Promenade.

Parkplatz war erst schlecht zu finden ,da Ferien sind war es natürlich voll. Zwei Straßen weiter wurde ich dann fündig.aber unter zwei Tage hat er keinen genommen.

Gut war das Schwimmbad,und die Saunen. Parkplatz am Haus.Alles sehr sauber. Personal sehr gut.Schlüssel Übergabe reibungslos.

Die schmalen Betten,nicht s für Dicke. Die sogenannte Schlafcouch. Alles heil aber schlafen naja,nichts für uns. Die Küche,ein Stöpsel wäre gut.spart Wasser. Der Kühlschrank könnte etwas größer sein.Die Toilettenspülung müsste Mal ein neues Bedienpanel bekommen.

Swinemünde ist sehr schön, das Hotel kann ich so nicht empfehlen

Die Lage ist toll.

Bei dem Übernachtungspreis geht man bei Innenpoolangabe, Whirlpool usw. nicht davon aus, dass dieser im Vorfeld immer reserviert werden muss und anscheinend nur 1 Zimmer rein darf. Das Wetter plant man ja auch nicht Tage vorher auf die Stunde genau, deshalb sollte da Flexibilität rein. Die Abendzeiten waren für die nächsten 2 Wochen schon weg. Es war so laut, weil ständig gelangweilte Kinder schreiend durch die Flure rannten und Türen schmissen. Die Rezeption war offen, also war es für die Mitarbeiter eigentlich gut zu hören, hat offenbar nur sie nicht gestört. Das bislang schlechteste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in einem Hotel/Apartment was ich bislang erlebt habe

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko ale w spokojnej uliczce, bardzo miła obsługa, wyposażenie apartamentu wystarczające, strefa wellnes na miejscu i grafik wejść to duży plus!!!

Przed rezerwacją warto upewnić się czy do danego apartamentu przynależy miejsce parkingowe (opis na bookingu jest nieprawdziwy), okno w salonie mogłoby od połowy mieć mleczną folię ze względu na parterowe położenie ;)
