Great, comfortable apartment in a quiet location – perfect for a family stay.

We spent the rest of our vacation in Świnoujście with our family and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped – including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and an impressive amount of kitchenware. It's located in a quiet and pleasant area, within walking distance of everything important. It was perfect for our family of six, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly – and when we asked to extend our stay, they kindly arranged it right away. We’d happily come back again!

There was truly nothing that affected our stay negatively – just a few small remarks that might be helpful for others. A couple of elements in the apartment, like the sofa and kitchen fittings, show light signs of use, but overall everything is functional and well maintained. As for the broader area, some parts of Świnoujście still reflect the architectural influence of the town’s more recent history, which may not appeal to everyone. New developments also don’t always blend harmoniously with the original character. Still, the immediate surroundings of the apartment are tidy and pleasant, and we felt very comfortable there.

Top Apartment, unweit von Strand und Zentrum

Kommunikation per Mail sehr gut. Es konnten alle Fragen beantwortet werden. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz (abgeschlossen), direkt vor dem Haus sowie zum Haus und Wohnung wurden vorab per Mail erklärt und hatte auch super funktioniert.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko parku zdrojowego. Bardzo cicha okolica. Sklepy i resturacje w najbliższym otoczeniu apartamentu. Dużym udogodnieniem jest miejsce parkingowe na zamknietym parkingu.

Der Aufenthalt war gut.

Das Haus und die Unterkunft waren sehr sauber.

Die Schlafcouch war etwas heruntergekommen. Ich finde, wenn eine Unterkunft für 6 Personen angeboten wird, dann sollten auch ausreichend Sitzmöbel vorhanden sein.

Bra boende men varning för att de drar extra pengar

Bra boende med närhet till strand och centrum. Allt man behöver finns i boendet.

Efter vår vistelse tog boendet nästan 50 euro utan vår tillåtelse från mitt kontokort då de påstod att vi förstört tre små handdukar. En handduk hade råkat bli missfärgad i tvätten men de andra två var det endast lite juice på som går bort i tvätten . Så varning för att använda de handdukar som boendet erbjuder då man tydligen inte får använda dem utan att betala massa extra.

Apartament bardzo czysty, przytulny.Lokalizacja świetna, do portu 5 min spacerkiem, do morza ok, 25 min.W obiekcie winda , co ułatwia wnoszenie bagaży. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Rent boende, 2 sovrum, egen parkering. I centrum men gångavstånd till stranden.

2 separata sovrum. Välstädat. Egen parkering som ingick. Mycket smidig nyckel utlämning och bra kontakt via Mail med boendet. Mycket bra bild på tv.

Ingen diskborste eller disksvampar. Liten bänkdiskmaskin. bara 2 diskmedelstabletter. Saknade diskhandduk och disktrasa. Vattentrycket var obefintligt dag 2, omöjligt att duscha.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Gute Lage direkt am Hafen. Auch der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind nicht weit entfernt.

Spokojnie i cicho. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka, wszystkie sprzęty sprawne. Czysto. Blisko do sklepów Lidl, Biedronka, Żabka, a także do Parku czy apteki.

Pod śniegiem nie było widać numeru miejsca parkingowego.

Fantastyczny pobyt, chętnie zarezerwuję ponownie.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko portu, mariny, sklepów i restauracji. Do promenady prosta droga spacerkiem przez Park Zdrojowy. W obiekcie znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne na krótki, ale też dłuższy pobyt (pralka, sprzęt do prasowania, duże, pojemne szafy). Ogromnym plusem jest parking na zamkniętym terenie obiektu w cenie.

Zabrakło mi kawy, herbaty, cukru, soli itp., ale nie na tyle, żeby obniżyć ocenę, jedynie zasugerować właścicielom. Na przeciwko jest Lidl i można wszystko kupić.
