Good value.

Nice clean rooms. No carpet floors. Excellent breakfast.

I can not figure out why i was asked to pay for the rooms the evening before leaving, and why i just after this got a autogenerated mail from booking.com saying that the seccond night was cancelled, and that there was going to be a cancelation fee. i have however not got an inquiery for this amount yet. It, just seems a bit strange. however if the staff would be better in english I guess they would be able to explain it better to me.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in der Willa Athena, und dieses Mal zum Jahreswechsel. Es hat uns prima gefallen, die Lage und das Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war super, jeden Tag gab es unterschiedliche Ei-Varianten und polnische Spezialitäten.

Bardzo udanyDziękujemy.

Musieliśmy zwolnić pokój z 2 dni rezerwacji ze względu na bardzo ważne powody rodzinne. Pani Właścicielka uwzględniła nasz problem i zwróciła pieniądze za niewykorzystane ostatnie 2 dni pobytu przelewem zwrotnym. Za tak empatyczną postawę serdecznie dziękujemy . Erholung pur in bester Unterkunft

Freundliches Personal, saubere gut eingerichtete Zimmer,sehr gutes Frühstück und dicht an der Promenade, am Strand und am Hafen. Ruhige Lage. Besser geht es nicht

Im Wohnzimmer konnte ein Mülleimer stehen Schön wäre auch ein grosses Bierglas

Es waren ein paar schöne Tage in der Villa. Wir würden sie weiterempfehlen.

Alserstes möchte ich mich für den netten Aufenthalt bedanken. Alle waren sehr nett.Ob an der Rezeption beim Frühstück oder besonders bei der Reinigung unseres Zimmers. Die Lage der Villa war toll. Man war schnell an der Promenade.

Da wir nicht so gut laufen können war die Treppe bis zur 1.Etage nicht so vorteilhaft. Unser Koffer wurde jedoch hoch getragen.sowie beim Ende unseres Urlaubs auch runter getragen. Wir hatten es vorher angegeben das wir nicht so gut zu Fuß sind.

Es fehlt ein Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern. Das ist zwingend notwendig. Die Betten sind zu weich.

Pierwszy pobyt w Świnoujściu. Miasto to nas zachwyciło.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko morze i piękny park zdrojowy, a róże na parterze wchodziły nam na balkon. Piękny duży pokój dobrze wyposażony. Wyśmienite śniadania. Bardzo kontaktowa właścicielka i miłe panie z obsługi. Cisza w obiekcie i za oknem.

Kleines aber feines Zimmer,sehr sauber. Personal immer freundlich und auf zack. Die Lage ist absolut mega, max. 4min zu Fuß und man steht auf der Promenade

Nefunkční sprcha a pak neskutečný smrad z chemie, ubytování trvalo cca 15 minut, po reklamaci velice arogantní jednání a neochota vracení peněz!

Lokalizacja obiektu idealna. Blisko do plaży i do promenady. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów na miejscu. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, nawet w święto i weekend. Miejscówka na wypad kilkudniowy nad morze doskonała. Polecam.

Super lokalizacja - niedaleko Promenady, a jednocześnie b. cicho i spokojnie. Właścicielka b.miła i pomocna. Przepyszne śniadania (*****). Bardzo duża dbałość o czystość. Pokoje przestronne ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Było super !!!

Da tornare con piacere

La gentilezza di tutto il personale e della proprietaria era al massimo, ogni giorno dopo la pulizia della stanza abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di acqua per poter fare un caffè o un tè con il bollitore. A colazione ogni giorno sono stato coccolato con la possibilità di preparare un caffè speciale per me che sono italiano. Mi è anche piaciuto la possibilità di affittare le bici senza fatica. Tutta la struttura era molto pulita.

Il caffè della prima colazione perché io sono molto esigente ma subito la proprietaria ha trovato la soluzione per farmi avere ogni giorno un caffè speciale.

Schöner Kurztrip

Sehr gutes Frühstück alles ausreichend da,Top Lage zentral ,5 min zur Promenade. Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden.Kostenloser sicherer Parkplatz.

Zimmer war eher kein klassisches DZ (Sclauchförmig ca.6,50x 2,50)Schmales Doppelbett 1,60 breit. Fernseher zu weit weg,Mini Bad mit wenig Ablage,würde es eher als Sparzimmer einschätzen.

Es war wie immer hervorragend. Super Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zimmer super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. und die lage ist natürlich spitze. DIE besitzerin tut alles damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Danke für alles bis zum nächsten mal.
