I’ve spent there a lovely time!

The apartment was great. Great location, it’s very close to the canal and about 10-15 mins walk to the beach. There are two big shops nearby (Biedronka and Lidl). In the apartment there is a big bathroom with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped, also with dishwasher and coffee machine. There’s also a parking place in the garage and a big balcony to chill outside :) I’d definitely recommend it for short and longer stay!

Everything was great. I’d just put more kitchen utensils such as colander, ladle and cutting board.

Lokalizacja w centrum.

Renters/Laguna nie wrócimy. Prośba o przedłużenie doby została odrzucona z powodu konieczności przygotowania apartamentu na następnych gości. W ostatniej dobie otrzymaliśmy możliwość przedłużenia pobytu w promocyjnej cenie. Po ponownej prośbie o możliwość wymeldowania 2 h później odmowa. 1 stycznia Nowy rok brak elastyczności przy braku nowych gości. Nie ma możliwości dopłaty za przedłużenie jedynie opłata całej doby. Regulaminy i zasady są zrozumiale ale trochę człowieczeństwa by się przydało. Apartament sprzedany jako 5 osobowy, syn nie mógł z nami przy stole jeść ponieważ są 4 krzesła. Brak przygotowanej pościeli dla 5 osób. Myślę że firma nie przejmuje się opinia bo klient to tylko cyfra.

Nie podobał mi się kontakt z obsługą, w instrukcji otrzymałam kod do wejścia budynku,który był nieprawidłowy, gdyby nie pan który mieszkał w tej samej klatce nie weszli byśmy do środka. Rezerwacja parkingu była składana w momencie rezerwacji noclegu pomimo to 2 razy otrzymałam pytanie od dwóch różnych osób czy chcemy rezerwacje parkingu, ostatecznie i tak nie skorzystaliśmy,ponieważ było dostępne tylko 1 miejsce,a potrzebowaliśmy 2. Dodatkowo nie można było skontaktowac się mailowo, telefonicznie. Szczerze martwiłam się czy w ogóle dojdzie do realizacji naszej rezerwacji czy to czasem nie jest jakies oszustwo.

schlechter geht es nicht...

Nichts

Wir waren noch nie so schlecht untergebracht. Gegen 7.00 Uhr begann unerträglicher Baulärm. Der Balkon war zur Grossbaustelle bzw. zum einem sehr engen Hinterhof. Die Balkonstühle und der Tisch waren kaputt, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine und ein Lattenrost. Im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeiten zur Ablage.Auf schriftliche und telefonische Beschwerden wurde nicht reagiert. Betten, Kissen und das Sofa waren sehr schlecht und im August wurde eine Heizgebühr berechnet. Wir werden sicherlich mit Hilfe unseres Anwaltes eine Teil der Mietgebühren zurückfordern. Fazit: nie wieder...

Sehr moderne Wohnung in guter Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub, unbedingt Garagenplatz mitbuchen

Zentral und ruhig (Achtung! Baustelle). Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

Gute Lage - sehr zentral. Da das Haus in der zweiter Reihe steht (nicht wie auf dem Bild) war es ruhiger als zur Straße. Parkplätze vor der Tür (Gebührenpflichtig von Mo bis Fr). Viel Platz für 3 Personen. Aufzug (Barrierefrei)

Baustelle vorm Fenster. Auf der anderen Seite das Nachbarhaus gefühlte 20m entfernt: Fenster an Fenster. Kleinigkeiten: Eine Balkontür stößt gegen Kommode, geht aber, andere ist vom Bett ganz blockiert. Der Stöpsel im Waschbecken fehlt - aufpassen, dass Nichts reinfällt! :-)
