Schön aber verbesserungswürdig

Schönes geräumiges Appartement am Hang liegend. Zum Meer und ins Städtchen geht es zu Fuß den Berg oder Stufen hinunter, in die Wohnung geht es steile schmale Stufen hinauf. Kleine Grundfitness für Lage und Wohnung notwendig. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Riesen- WG, da alles sehr hellhörig ist, das Haus lebt, sämtliche Türen und Fenster sind verzogen und/ oder schließen nicht mehr richtig. Alles etwas abgewohnt. Kühlschrank friert oder verursacht wasserpfützen. Dringend auszutauschen. Ausreichend Teller und Schüsseln, dafür kaum Kaffee-Becher und Gläser. Parken ist an der schmalen Straße kein Problem und kostenlos.

Grand appartement propre calme et literie enfant bof

Emplacement et très grand appartement. La propreté ça sentait très bon, je ne comprends pas les commentaires qui disent le contraire sauf les maniaques qui pensent avoir un hotel 5 étoiles…Vachement de serviettes.

Le confort des lits pour enfant de la deuxieme chambre! Faut vraiment revoir la literie car très dur et le canape dur! Le gros bémol c est le frigo qui doit être changé car vétuste le reste très sympa

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons, et j'aime beaucoup l'emplacement. l'appartement est proche du centre et très spacieux.

Sehr günstiges Quartier, sehr ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Wanderwege zur Steilküste mit atemberaubender Aussicht, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

Zufahrt über steile und enge Gassen, nicht empfehlenswert mit SUV oder Van! Sehr enge und steile Stiege, mit großem Koffer unmöglich

Les pièces sont spacieuses et l'appartement est bien situé

La propreté nous avons été obligé de nettoyer les WC car il restait de la matière fécale Le réfrigérateur pas propre ,pas d'emplacement bouteilles dans le frigo Poussière grasse dans tous les coins au sol Canapé en mauvais état donc inconfortable Impossible d'ouvrir et de refermer certaines fenêtres et impossible de fermer a clés la porte du balcon

Idéalement situé dans une rue calme, l'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Facilité de stationner (gratuitement!) dans la rue. Le quartier est calme

Il manque un sèche-cheveux et le parquet du logement voisin est un peu bruyant (rien d'insurmontable, la nuit tout le monde dort !)

C'est au calme. Les pièces sont grandes et lumineuses.Appartement qui demanderait à être rafraîchit.

l emplacement de l'appartement était dans une rue au calme.

L'escalier qui mène à l'appartement pas du tout sécurisant et pas du tout engageant avec des valises....Difficultés à ouvrir les fenêtres. La WIFI ne fonctionnait pas. Pas mal de fourmis dans la cuisine. L'égouttoir de vaisselle rouillé. C'est un appartement qui demanderait à être rafraîchit et plus fonctionnel.

Bel appartement bien confortable même pour quatre personnes.

De belles pièces bien exposées confortables et bien équipées. Bonne situation géographique dans la ville.

L'escalier raide et étroit pour accéder au logement. La rue est à sens unique ,très étroite et il y a peu de place libre. Le quartier est difficile en voiture et à pieds car les rues et les trottoirs sont étroits ,très pentus .pas de commerces à proximités .

Appartement idéalement placé, à proximité des restaurants de la plage et du funiculaire. Rue calme, avec possibilité de se garer dans la rue (stationnement gratuit). Lits faits, serviette de toilette en quantité, etc.. Excellente communication avec l'hôte (Mme BETTY)

Le bruit dans les autres appartements, il s'agit d'un vieil immeuble donc l'isolation phonique n'est pas son point fort.
