Large bed, good bed linen, fairly clean

Bedroom was cramped because of large bed and then a tray thing that went over the bed and would be prescribed for one person but not two. The room was fairly clean but particularly the shower room was small and quite tired

The kettle.

The room was very small. The shower was old and not in good condition.and the smallest cubicle.ive ever showered in.. The space to shower and wall was restricted. The decor was old . This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. (I would not rebook this hotel) I was not happy with this hotel.. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I would rate this hotel 2 out of 10

Good stay for short trip with car in Dieppe

Rooms are super small, so a bit complicated to manage. But we stayed only 1 night, so it was ok.

Fine if all you need is a bed for the night.

It was fine. I needed somewhere to stay near the ferry terminal. It had a bed and a shower which was the main reason for booking. The bed (and pillow) was pretty comfortable.

Admittedly I arrived late, off the boat from the UK. But there were no staff and the bar was shut. I went next door to the neighbouring hotel for a drink and, when returning, the main gates were locked. Overall, the hotel is pretty tired and could do with a lick of paint.

Good for a stop over. Not so good for an extended stay or for work

It was clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. We arrived late so our key was waiting for us in an envelope on the reception desk. There were facilities available to use at the hotel next door although we didn’t have time to try them as it was just an overnight stop over. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small with little space for luggage, nowhere to work, en suite very cramped.

The smell inside the room, Room was clean but very smelling as cat urine mainly in bathroom. the cleaning product try to cover it but the result was bad. I accept it for 1 night but no more.

A happy stay & a good sleep.

Lovely warm welcome at reception and offered different floors which was a nice touch. My room was small but perfectly formed and provided everything I needed for my one night stay. Bathroom was very clean with nice liquid washes to use. Extra touches included bottled water, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and sweeties :) Bed and pillows were great and I had a good night's sleep. Thank you for providing a good experience.

The site is good and clean and 7 mins walk from nearest Metro but not much else in the vicinity.

Parking and security

Evening Restaurant closed for two out of the three days we were there. We chose the restaurant because it had an on site restaurant and my wife cannot walk far. The hotel is a bit remote from alternative restaurants.

Perfect for the occasion.

Very easy to find from Dieppe ferry port. Very comfy bed, great shower. Tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was as much or as little as required. Staff very friendly & spoke English. Price was great for the room & better than expected.

Good value and very convenient

Excellent value for money. Tea and coffee in the room was much appreciated. We arrived late at night and our key was left for us on the reception desk as promised. Ideal location for a quick morning get-away after a late crossing.

It was a hot night, and we were on the ground floor with open ground outside, so we couldn't safely leave the window open overnight. There was no air conditioning. The memory foam mattress was like sleeping in a hot hole in the ground.

Very convenient for an overnight stay after the ferry crossing. More comfortable than a ferry cabin! Good value. Excellent breakfast. Dogs accepted which is essential for us. Will certainly stay again.

Good well lit parking, bottle of water and tea/coffee facilities in room. Pleasant staff very helpful. Rooms compact but had everything we needed after our ferry crossing. Breakfast buffet style cold cuts, cheese,cereal and fruit etc. Good value for money and safe parking.

Only 2 milk sachets and one of them was partially open. Reception is closed from 10pm so couldn't get more. Older building so no usb sockets in the room so don't forget your charger plug!

Disappointing. We have stayed at many Kyriad. This was the worst.

Location was good.

The size of the rooms. They were so small we couldn’t get all our luggage in and move around. What made the stay ok was that the Golden Tulip next door allowed guests of the Kyriad to use their restaurant and bar. We will be staying there next time.
