I would happily return

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in storing our bikes overnight. The rooms were spacious and calm. The food was great

The town centre was dominated by a nearby bar pumping out very loud 'music ' until midnight. It seemed incongruous in such a delightful seaside town and essentially ruined our evening.

Parking is only free if you park on the road. Told to buy a parking disc to park right outside the hotel, but only able to park there for an hour and a half. Very confusing, had to go to tourist information to clarify No soap in the bathroom

The hotel messaged to say that we can park on a blue lines. which we did. Apparently, you are not allowed to park for longer than a few hours plus the next day there was a market which blocked our car and we got a fine. hotel did not inform us about it. breakfast is poor. glass of orange juice, coffee, one croissant and half of a baguette with salt butter and jam. No cheese, no ham. In a brasserie where they serve breakfast - a lot of flies. A lot. But looks like it doesn’t disturb the stuff.

Fantastic location in the market square, rooms were clean and tidy - room at the front of the hotel was quiet.

We had a room overlooking a delivery car park and the noise from 4am was awful. Paid for breakfast and it was not worth the money- cheaper and better quality to eat out for breakfast.

The manager was very friendly and helpful, especially to help us store our bikes securely. The breakfast was very nice and the brasserie very cozy.

The room was quite smaller than on the pictures and overlooking the esplanade. Unfortunately it was very loud (party and people) so we didn't get a good nights sleep.

Location was perfect. The staff were incredible - very friendly and welcoming and patient with my terrible French!

There were loud drag races in square over night which were noisy but otherwise lovely ambience. Also would have liked clearer options for guest pricing on food.

Rooms were tiny. We had to wait around for check out. We found out that my daughter left her mobile phone in the room, once we left. I emailed the hotel twice to ask if they could look for it. No response.

la chambre était propre

la chambre (numéro 12) était très petite rien pour poser nos vêtements le lit de 140 ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (grand lit pour 2 personnes 180) imossible de prendre un petit déjeuner le dimanche matin à 8h alors que nous sommes en haute saison) obliger de prendre mon petit déjeuner à l'extérieur j'ai fais part de mes remarques à la direction le matin avant de partir pas de réponse en retour

Inakzeptables Zimmer in einem einfachen aber bis jetzt immer sehr guten Hotel

Unser Zimmer war nicht fertig renoviert . Das Fenster hatte keinen Griff. Lüftung dadurch unmöglich. Den Potier aufmerksam gemacht führte nur zu einem Achselzucken. Keine Nachttische, keine Nachttischlampen. Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals : totales Desinteresse. Wir waren schon häufig im Hotel Les Bains und immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist absolut top, gutes Frühstück, bisher freundliches Personal Dieses Mal war das Zimmer inakzeptabel. Sehr schade !

Zustand des Zimmers war das schlechteste was ich jemals in einem Hotel hatte. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Concierge war schlicht gleich null
