Our family of 15 spent 3 nights here and had the most amazing time. Whilst we enjoyed a walk to Torquay seafront there was no real need to leave the house. Beautiful pool was the main attraction with table football , table tennis and pool table to entertain all. With so many communal rooms space was not an issue and all rooms were very well presented. Would highly recommend.

Slight problem in that the bins were removed early on day 2 giving us waste disposal issues. Very minor problem and had no real impact on our enjoyable break.

Excellent location 10 minute walk to the seafront. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Kids loved the gym and games room.
