I love how close to the harbor. The apartments are really nice. I like the security gate.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like

The apartment was cozy and just what I needed. Service was prompt and Lucie and the others onsite were reachable and quickly answered questions.

While there were instructions for using the heating, it was a bit confusing how to use the thermostat. I was a bit cold the first night, since the summer weather dropped down in temperature, but stayed cozy in the bedroom mostly. There was quite a bit of dust on the radiators too, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Perfect location, beautiful and tasteful apartment. Clean. Home from home, Everything thought of from toiletries to cleaning products. Washing machine and airer. Ironing board etc Nice touch for my dog, you thought of everything! Bowl, bed and treats oh and a ball 👌🏼thankyou for my complimentary biscuits tea/coffee. Comfy bed. Loved our stay.

Fantastic location.

The carpet is very worn and could do with replacing. The rug that was lay down in the living area had seen better days. The utensils were greasy/unclean. The toilet seat was loose and kept moving when we sat on it. I would have expected a Smart TV. Not the most functional apartment to stay in with a toddler, especially bath time. The bath tub is situated so close to the toilet that there’s barely room to stand or kneel down to bathe my little boy. Instructions on where to dispose of rubbish were not clear at all as they stated ‘under the arch to the left’ but we happened to find the bins ourselves on the far right of the courtyard on the last day which wasn’t helpful. The booking said washing machine pods would have been provided but they were not.
