Decent stay

Nice enough area plenty of places to walk. Take in the sites so on.

Parking was rubbish Parking permit area. Had to find a place to park. Most of the the time I took my viechle out. Can be very stressful especially if you don't live in a area like that and you ain't used to it.

Apartment 4 days of ducking from hitting head off ceiling also not been called up to ask if OK to change Apartment got e mail day of arriving

Excellent

Clean, warm and comfortable. Everything you need was supplied including complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits and a treat for our dog.

Parking was a bit of an issue. It was up a steep hill which could be a problem for some people.

Great location and spacious

The hill and parking was hit and miss. We had to clean the bathroom floor as it smelt and was proved to be dirty. Especially around the toilet.Dinning room needs a blind as you can see in from outside

Great little apartment, a stone’s throw away from the harbour and everything you’d want to do and see in Torquay

Nothing, on street parking could be difficult but that’s no fault of the owners and we always managed to find somewhere. And they give permits which is an added bonus and makes it much easier!

Fab stay

The location was superb, few minutes walk from the harbour with a wide range of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to dog friendly beaches. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. Lovely to have tea coffee and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived 😊 Also parking permits for us meant we could park right outside the block. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Already planning our return 😊

Ideal location able to walk everywhere, dared inside the apartment but was ok for 2 nights

Its location was great, parking was fine had a permit, security was good beds comfy shower pressure good great welcome pack for dog too

Dated inside, bathroom smelt mouldy as fan didn’t do anything at all, linen smelt musty and stale, as did the sofa bed, overpriced for what it was but needed the location and dog friendly

Great location with daily parking permits. Reasonable size flat, clean, functional and comfortable. We enjoyed our.time.in Torquay.

No dust pan or clothes airer (and tumble dryer is part of washing machine and doesn't dry clothes). Lack of kitchen storage and main bed mattress really soft.

Fantastic location but the apartment could do with modernising and needs a thorough clean.

Fantastic location.

The carpet is very worn and could do with replacing. The rug that was lay down in the living area had seen better days. The utensils were greasy/unclean. The toilet seat was loose and kept moving when we sat on it. I would have expected a Smart TV. Not the most functional apartment to stay in with a toddler, especially bath time. The bath tub is situated so close to the toilet that there’s barely room to stand or kneel down to bathe my little boy. Instructions on where to dispose of rubbish were not clear at all as they stated ‘under the arch to the left’ but we happened to find the bins ourselves on the far right of the courtyard on the last day which wasn’t helpful. The booking said washing machine pods would have been provided but they were not.

No7 Apartment over garage.

We were in apartment 7. It had its own entrance apart from the main court area, so it was very private. The location is excellent, a short walk to the marina and hospitality areas. Thanks for the warning re parking meter control. The meter man was around before 9am.

Be aware no7 is an attic style upstairs, so movement around is more difficult for a taller person. Street parking is tight.

Bed was comfortable. Air fryer was a nice touch very handy nice and modern apartment too.

Had a weird smell like damp in the kitchen area . A dirty hand towel was left in the bathroom, which I used then realized after when I turned it over which was gross. Needs to be dusted more lots of places missed and lots of flies outside the front door like loads so apartment couldnt be aired out. Location was amazing.

A good location with everything needed for the week. Would probably stay there again

There was everything we needed

A towel change mid week would have been appreciated. The bedroom is very small for two people to share. Some parts of the apartment are starting to look tired and need redecorating. Whilst parking permits are provided more details need to be explained to make sure guests know to put the next days permit on show either very early in the morning or the night before. We made a mistake at the end of the week and have a £70 fine !

Fantastic location.

The location was fantastic. The parking wasn’t plentiful but they provided daily passes which was helpful. Everything was within a close walking distance.

The bed was very uncomfortable although the linens were clean and the quilt and pillows were nice.

A nice little place in a good location

Close to the sea front and close to all the shops etc

There were no toiletries like shampoo shower gel etc so we had to go to get some. The bathroom was a tight squeeze too. Like no room to move. It was also annoying trying to make sure we didn’t bash our heads on the sloping ceilings. Wouldn’t stay at that property again because of that.

It was warm and the location was good

The kitchen needs some added utensils and the extractor fan didn’t take away cooking smells. The toilet seat was very wobbly and the flush kept coming out. The couch is also a bit uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening

Great stay at Trinity Mews would happily stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at Trinity Mews, the property had everything we needed and more. We loved the Alexa in the kitchen! This was really helpful as we were able to connect to it via the Alexa app and play calm my dog while we went off to the zoo with the children.

The parking is a bit of a nightmare you couldn’t always find somewhere to park and the zones aren’t overly clear either. We ended up getting 3 parking tickets during our stay

Great appt if attending The Foundry events

Appt 30. Very clean, warm appt. Heating easily controlled on thermostat. The shower over bath was good and was spotless. Large, very clean kitchen area with good facilities if required. Main bedroom was very clean and comfy. Sofa bed easy to use and comfy. Carpark one street away that was reasonably priced £8.50 for 24hrs. Brilliant location for our trip to attend a concert at the foundry.

No parking permit was left in appt as advised. Whilst i understand parking is an issue, best not to suggest it can be offered if it cant. Slight musty smell in appt which i thought was stale cigarette smoke, my friend thought room just wasnt aired. The extra duvet for the sofa bed was past its best.
