Location, parking.
Little space between bed and wall. Cold on arrival but warmed up after24 hours. Difficult to find initially as Sat nav seemed unaware of one way systems, a map would have removed stress on arrival!

Location was close to the railway station and very handy to walk into the main centre of Torquay. Good convenience store around the corner and Take away options in the other direction.

Property was clean, good parking. Not far from main harbour.
We were allotted second floor which was an Attic, and this was not clear at the time of booking. Had we known we would not have booked. There was no smart TV, a regular one with DVD player !
