About this apartment rental

Spacious ground floor flat including bathroom with heated towel rail, lounge with king size bed and kitchenette with oven/grill, air frier, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment. Sleeps 3 persons with king size bed in living area and separate bedroom with single bed. There are 2 smart wall mounted TVs, 40" in the lounge area and 32" in the single bedroom.. Own door off car park. Easy access for those with mobility problems.
Appletorre Apartments are self contained ensuite studios or flats situated on a quiet road, a 5 minute walk away from shops and pubs and 15 minutes walk to seafront and town centre, entertainments and Riviera Leisure Centre. Trains and buses are also just a short walk away and serve all major areas of the South West. The property is child friendly for 10 years upwards and also pet friendly (by prior arrangement at 10 pounds sterling per stay payable on arrival)

Each flat is fully equipped with large smart TVs, kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, air frier, kettle, coffee machine and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice, milk and bottled water as well as biscuits and mints are provided as part of the welcome pack. Kitchens have kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, tea towel, J cloth and sponge. Bathrooms have tissues, toilet rolls, liquid soap and toiletries. Bedrooms have a hairdrier, clothes airer, electric fan and alarm clock.

Books and games are available in the main hall. Free WIFI is available throughout. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Rooms are serviced every four days. Communal laundry facilities are available with washers, tumble driers and ironing facilities. Wall mounted automatic electric heaters are supplied in the rooms as well as electric blankets . There is free off road parking (one space per flat) and the large garden has been newly landscaped and offers outdoor seating, barbecue, water features and is illuminated by night. Flats 1,2,3,4,9 are ground floor, 5,6,7 first floor.

Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check out is 11am. Keys are collected from Reception. Payment is made on arrival. The owner lives on site.

I booked this apartment for myself and my two older children as I was graduating at the Riviera Centre. This accommodation exceeded my expectations infact the website doesn't do it justice. We recieved such a warm welcome, it really made my weekend extra special.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Provided a map of the area and explained all the nearest amenities. The apartment is decorated tastefully and the beds were very comfortable. Having tea, coffee, toiletries, milk, orange juice and basic kitchen essentials provided was fabulous.

Greeted by Andrea who could not have been more welcoming . We stayed in Appointment 2 which was very handy for the car park. Parking is good . Apartment very clean and modern. Nice touch milk , water & orange juice in fridge. Quiet site as off the main road. Towels & bedding good quality. We would recommend staying here to our friends.
