BeachLine Penthouse - SeaLine Apartments

Close to the beach, good view of the ocean. Nice balcony for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Close to ships and restaurants. Reasonable price and close proximity for garage.

Excelent view on rising sun and whole Estepona beach. Covered terrase was very useful during rainy days.. The host was very responsive and easy to comunicate with.

Older flat with adequate furnituring and bathroom. But you dońt come to Estepona stay in :-)

The location is ideal. The building is quiet.

This review is intended to be informative and focuses on issues we would have have liked to have known before booking. It is not intended to be negative but we would not have booked had we known about these aspects of the apartment that are not highlighted in previous reviews. While as other reviews have stated the location is excellent and the views lovely, we knew this having stayed in a far superior apartment last year at roughly the same cost. There are some issues to be aware of: - the furniture & apartment could do with modernisation - to get to the bathroom guests must pass through the main bedroom; - there is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the aircon only works in the small dining area - leaving the windows open helps but there can be street noise and visits from mosquitos; - several installations need attention e.g. the shower head, the TV - a permanent thick line running across the screen; - bathroom towels & bed linen, pillows need replacement; no bath mat or tea towels were supplied; glasses had to be washed prior to use; - there is a small lift but luggage still has to be carried up two sets of the stairs.
