Except for it being on the edge of major building work the location is excellent for bars, shops, restaurants and the beach. The accommodation was clean and modern. Estepona is a lovely seaside town with lots to do and see. I would highly recommend it to couples and families alike. I will most certainly return but not untill the major building work has been completed in around 12 to 18 months.

The major building work currently going on in the middle of the town. There was a lot of noise and dust. We are very familiar with the area but still found it tricky getting near to the property to transport luggage. There were a few small issues in the property which can be easier rectified that will be passed on to the hosts.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, the parking space was convenient, and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The only issue was the road access due to the construction work next to the building. It was very difficult to reach the parking area by car. We spent about 30 minutes driving around before we finally found the correct route. It would be helpful to provide guests with updated directions while the construction is ongoing.

Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir hatten zu dritt genug Platz. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone und an der Strandpromenade. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich war von der Kommunikation des Gastgebers etwas enttäuscht. Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht über die Großbaustelle am Kreisel informiert, sodass es die Zufahrt zur Wohnung unmöglich machte. Da ich mich vor Ort nicht auskannte, war der Start sehr stressig. Hier hätte ich mir schon zu Beginn vom Gastgeber gewünscht, dass er mir erklärt, wo ich mein Auto geschickter abstellen hätte können. Ich hatte nur die Information, dass es in der Nachbarschaft immer freie Parkplätze gäbe. Dies war nicht so. Die Straßen waren sehr eng und man konnte dort nicht stehen bleiben. Ein paar Tipps im Vorfeld zeigt Gastfreundschaft. Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass um halb drei Uhr nachts die Müllabfuhr sehr viel Lärm macht, sodass es unmöglich ist dabei zu schlafen… und auch die Klimaanlage hat immer wieder geklappert.
