Huoneisto jäänyt -70 luvun tasolle,huoneisto oli kylmä, 2 sähköpatteria ei riittänyt tuottamaan lämpöä tarpeeksi. Petivaatteet ikääntyneet. Wc ei vetänyt kunnolla. Kaasulla toimiva veden lämmitys tuotti maksimissaan haaleaa vettä. Netti/televisio eivät toimineet.
