Unique Townhouse with rooftop pool

goede locatie, mooi appartement. 2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers. totaal niets verkeerd mee.

Estepona is absolutely beautiful! location of the property was perfect, in a quiet quaint street. Local groceries just around the corner. Restaurants very close by. The sea and shops 3 min walk. The plunge pool was fabulous and the property was very well equipped with crockery and cutlery. Loads of towels for pool use too. Outdoors is a fabulous space, just a shame that only reached by steep steps. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher were great.

The property was a little disjointed, the top floor bedroom only had a toilet and wash basin. The shower was on ground floor only reached by two lots of dangerous stairs. One the original stone steep steps. The other outside by a metal staircase, both of which were very dangerous if you have mobility issues. So carrying anything to the roof terrace was tricky. Also, I had to lock 3 doors when you left the property and at night felt a little tiresome. Some equipment needs replacing. There was no bed change for the 10 days we were there. I think the property would only be useful for a couple due to the bedroom and bathroom layout as the second bathroom you have to pass through the kitchen.

Accueil très agréable par Hélène malgré un gros retard le jour de mon arrivée. Très belle maison bien équipée, centrale et près de la plage Une très belle prestation
