Bright and airy apartment. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Close proximity to Old Town, beach and supermarkets. We feel very at home here. Have stated at this property twice and have already reserved for next year. Luis is a very friendly and accommodating host.
We didn’t find anything to dislike.

The location by the beach and in the hub of the Town. Close to Old Town. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, nice linen and good pillows and everything provided that you need in the new kitchen. Large apartment.
No lift, balcony a little too small. Needs another sofa as it is for 4 persons and only 2 could sit comfortably. Would have been better if it had parking but is in a pedestrianised area so you had a 5-7 minute walk to a public car park.

Lage mit Meerblick top, nah zum historischen Zentrum, zu allem, was man sehen möchte, Strand, essen gehen. Wohnung sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet, Vermieter aufgeschlossen, nett und höflich. Zwei Hinweise: ein bequemerer Balkonstuhl wäre schön - wir haben abends Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht, die Palmenwedel zum Greifen nah 👍. Wer mit Auto kommt, muss sich auf Parkhauskosten einrichten - in Estepona moderat, in Spanien normal ca. 22,00 Euro. Haus liegt an einer Fußgängerzone, man kann es nicht direkt anfahren. Wir haben Estepona geliebt - große Like und Weiterempfehlen…
Die Balkonstühle … ansonsten alles perfekt 👌
