Great room in owners house and close to amenities.
Great location, only a short walk to sialing cloud, marina and beach. Hosts were lovely and room was comfy and exactly what we needed.

Lovely guesthouse with everything you need for a great stay
I had a really lovely stay here in Exmouth. The room was spotless, cosy and comfortable. The bed was great, and I really appreciated the little touches like the smart TV and even an extension lead. The shower was powerful, the breakfast was delicious, and the hosts couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A great place to stay and run very well and felt like being at home.
Edwardian house done to a superb standard and very welcoming. Ruth ,the host, was lovely and welcoming and helped us in every way possible. It felt like being with friends.

It was a comfortable room with a comfy bed and the breakfast was freshly cooked and not unreasonably priced.
It was a period property with period furniture so it was akin to our home in Lancashire. I particularly liked the breakfast room.
We found the dogs were very noisy, it would be better if they were shut away from the guests. My wife found the en-suite toilet uncomfortable because it was a little high off the floor.

A beautiful house. Ruth and her family were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disturbed sleep due to unexpected noises.
