Everything about our stay with brilliant. Sarah & David are exceptional hosts who make sure that everything is laid on for their guests to ensure a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

This is simply the most beautiful apartment, incredibly clean and very spacious. The breakfast was amazing but most importantly the host was fabulous. We took our puppy who loved to run around the enclosed garden and everything we needed for her was all there waiting for our arrival

A new B&B in Exmouth, Sarah has made the property exceptional for guests. Fresh cakes on arrival, a pleasant sitting area away from the bedroom should you wish to use it with a TV. Very comfortable beds and a separate en-suite bath/shower room in your own area of the property. A wonderful selection for breakfast and all set in a quiet area of Exmouth.

The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. The location was good for getting to the event that we were attending near Exeter.

From the moment we stepped into the property it was absolutely stunning. So clean and fresh. The facilities were excellent and Sarah went above and beyond to make out stay was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and you had everything you could think of.

Raddenstile is a beautiful guest house, our room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The en-suite bathroom was excellent and the huge bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and private parking was a bonus.

Everything - lovely place to stay. Had separate lounge with TV etc. Very accommodating for GF breakfast.

Great hospitality. The room and en-suite were very clean and well presented. Good tea/coffee with ground coffee bags and homemade biscuits. Great breakfast selection. The bread for toasting was wonderful! Our hosts were knowledgeable about the area and recommended a good venue to eat and it was very good.

The accommodation is outstanding.Its very tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fittings. Sarah is an excellent host nothing is too much trouble and she makes you feel very welcome. She provided lots of useful information regarding the area. The choice of breakfast was extensive with something to suit everyone. It was nicely presented and everything was very fresh and tasty. The cake and cookies were amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Exmouth.

We both loved our 2 night stay at Sarah and David’s beautiful home in Exmouth. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and encouraged to make use of the separate sitting/dining area that is made available to guests. A big bonus was the tea & coffee available for us at any time throughout our stay. And each afternoon Sarah left out some gorgeous homemade cookies for us too! We slept very well as the bed was comfortable and the room was really quiet. Lovely pillows, linen and towels too and the shower was great. Breakfast each morning was divine! Juice, quality cereals and bread, plus a wide choice of cooked breakfast on offer. The house is 10-15 minutes from the seafront promenade and the town centre but it’s tucked away in a quiet corner so you really don’t hear any noise. I would definitely recommend the Guest House to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The facilities and decor were superb. The hosts were obliging and the breakfast was excellent. Guests have full use of a dining and lounge room. It was an easy walk to the town and the beach, or a short bus or train ride to Exeter.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay with exceptional hospitality ,breakfast was amazing.Sarah was so kind and friendly,went the extra mile to welcome us,only disappointment was we didn’t stay longer than one night , definitely stay again when in Exmouth

We stayed at Raddenstile for 2 nights and loved the accommodation. Sarah made us very welcome and breakfast was superb. Free parking, great location within a short walk to the beach and town and everything we needed at the property for a comfortable stay

Das Frühstück war exzellent. Es war das beste auf unserer Südengland-Rundreise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Schönes, stilvolles Zimmer. Absolut ruhige Lage. Unglaublich gutes Frühstück mit vielen selbst gemachten Leckereien. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr geschmackvoll, absolut sauber und gemütlich, ein kleines Schmuckkästchen. Die Gastgeber waren super sympathisch und hilfreich mit Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
