The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely , highly recommend the cocktails and evening meal, perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near to town centre with a nice sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly.
Would recommend pre booking a car park space as very limited in surrounding area.

Stayed here a couple of years ago, great location for Exmouth sea front, marina and town centre. Used to be a lovely restaurant on site, this is now closed and the room only used for breakfast. Different owners now. Very clean and nice towels.
Allocated room 7 which was the smallest on the first floor and about as welcoming as a prison cell. Could not swing a cat in the bathroom. Paint patched up on the main wall in a different colour blue. Did not sleep much in the very uncomfortable tiny bed, springs moved loudly every time we moved or got in and out.
I know it’s winter but the hotel was absolutely FREEZING and the heating only seemed to be on for a couple of hours each day. The communal areas were particularly icy at all times. Some guests were wearing coats at breakfast. We had to use our room key to get into the hotel at night as it was all locked up by 10pm with no staff to be seen.
