Had a lovely short break at The Imperial Hotel. It's a lovely old hotel, which is a little tired in places, but is otherwise well looked after. Room was spacious and had everything I needed - wifi worked perfectly, allowing me to get some work done. Could do with a new mattress in the room I was in and the pillows were too soft for me, but that is a personal preference. I found all the staff to be wonderful and friendly, and the service and food in the restaurant was excellent. The location is perfect and I would definitely recommend a sea-view room for the best experience - I had a room looking at the back so missed this, but there were no front rooms available when I booked. Car parking is plentiful and well priced - once parked I never moved until I left as I walked or got the train to get around. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely friendly staff, spacious room which was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options and it was in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great double room with stunning views of the sea front and lots of space , it was very clean and quiet, ( the addition of a fan was very welcome! )
Breakfast was plentiful and constantly filled up! The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful!
We would definitely stay again if visiting Exmouth, the position of the hotel is ideal !
