The staff were so helpful all the time.

Room, breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Nice bar to come back to in the evening. The booked parking was very useful as the surrounding streets were very busy especially in the evenings.
We had no complaints apart from the stairs being very steep. However we had been offered a ground floor twin when we booked which we declined so it was our choice.
