    Lovely hotel, the best you'll find in Exmouth

    Disappointed as found The Imperial to be sadly in need of an update as it is tired and scruffy. Arrived in a heatwave to find no fridge in the room, although a fan had been provided it was ineffective. Black mould around the tiles over the bath. Sink and bath very slow to drain. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Steps and rail to the hotel entrance were dirty. The staff were courteous and friendly.

    We really enjoyed staying here, bags of character, superb breakfast, excellent staff. Lovely views.
